I'm probably not returning to this Tim Hortons Staff got very rude with me. I had 2 mobile orders I got told by a staff member that I wasn't allowed to take it never asked for my receipt I would've showed him so I called back talk to supervisor she called me a lier he never said that to me.

Tim Hortons is great most of the time everything is fine. Once in a while they slip up but we just go back and have it fixed. No one is perfect. I'll be back just ordered Timmies tonight it was great.

I’m shocked this is the first tim Hortons ever where they have said no to making tea, I asked for a peppermint tea and she said no we’re not making it right now. ?? I’m never coming here again after that.

Waited ten minutes for food. Could see people in the back just sitting doing nothing. Then they told us someone stole our food and that they already made it. Seemed like they were trying to get rid of us without giving us what we paid for.

Why don't you serve breakfast sandwiches before 10am...ridiculous. if its showing on the menu board, one would assume you should be able to order said items. Not here!

Watched the workers from the lotto store standing around in the back laughing with a lineup to the A&W as if they had nobody to serve... I was in the line before going to the lotto stop as I was waiting in line for roughly 10 minutes without seeing anyone behind the counter. Normally I'd keep it to myself but it's the fact other people were lined up and workers were there

I made an order and used the coupon app that claims I get 2 breakfast sandwiches for 5 dollars. I also ordered a few other items. The lady scanned my phone for the coupon. When I got my order I only had one sandwich. The lady claimed that it was her fault and she rung up my order as a combo. Instead of giving me another sandwich, she said there was nothing she can do. She also insulted me by asking if I was really hungry. I gave up and just walked away. I was so upset I didn't even want to eat. Terrible customer service.
