I’ve been going here for 10 years now I’m not continuing to come here 3 days in a row this Tim hortons has put me in the hospital I told them I am allergic to cream they continue to put cream in my coffee even knowing it could kill me im thinking of sueing them as I have them on recording making fun of me for being allergic to cream I’m lactose intolerant please don’t go to this Tim Horton it’s the worst

I was just in the Tim's on Parkdale and the girl that reluctantly served me could not have been ruder. I asked 3 people what her name was and noone would answer me. She practically threw the guy in front of me's bagel on the counter. She was very unfriendly and definitely should not be working in customer service. I will call the manager tomorrow and I'll just have to give them a description. She was HEAVY and very sloppy looking. She really didn't want to be there. Does anyone take pride in their job anymore?
The location is not ideal for a drive thru due to space but they do the best they can. Whoever was working the sandwich station today nailed my breakfast! The space was clean and I was in and out quickly.

Despite all the bad reviews, I went there to order something and they were ready to take my order. I usually have a habit of looking at the things I order, suddenly I saw flies on the thing I was trying to order. My message to the owner is to keep this place clean, a lot of people trust you guys for this.

Absolutely one of the worst Tim Hortons to ever exist. Dirty, staff are not friendly, always messing orders up and if you go inside good luck.. 2 people in front of me with 2-3 coffee orders and I was in that place for 15 min before even getting served then took another 10 min just to make my drinks. Tried calling to inform manager maybe having an extra body on counter would benefit them and their huge line they had following me but called 4 times and no answer. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time at this gross nasty environment.

This business idea can be found on practically every street corner and is comparable to nothing else. Simple but tasty breakfast and fresh baked goods all day long. Something always goes right when you visit a store from this chain along the highways or in the city center. The breakfast bun with fried egg and bacon is really delicious.
