Disgusting. You can smell how they don’t clean the washrooms throughout the dining area.

Lately the bagels have been a disappointment got one today and asked for extra butter and barely had any and when I get cream cheese its barley on and not spreader the girl that makes food need ro be trained properly

I came today around 10:55pm and had a lady serving me a bagel that I asked to be TOASTED with butter, and instead she microwaved it (I saw with my own eyes through the drive thru window) and slathered way too much butter on it. I’m not impressed as she also took a very long time handing me my order at the drive thru when it was a simple bagel and nothing else.

I tried Mobile Ordering just as bad as a walk in I waste my time to many times and fellow staff feel the same
I was 2nd in line 15 mins wait
They see the line up but everyone else is a priority

Great customer service, nice renovations, clean, and coffee was hot n fresh. Only concern were both toilets were backed men's and womans washrooms.

Some of the employees (drive-thru and front counter) have a very bad attitude. When you complain about them, the manager looks at you like you're the problem. Happened at least 4 different times. Complained the last two times it happened. Let it go the first couple. Need better screening when hiring.

Next time you close for renovations maybe don’t keep your store posted as “OPEN” thanks for wasting my time making me go out of my way to grab breakfast just for you to be closed.

They never have anything in stock, their staff doesn't know how to talk to people. Most people working here are rude and would not talk to you politely. Most days their scanners / payment machines are down and they would only accept cash, which is a headache for people like me who don't carry cash at all.
