Disgusting customer service. After standing and waiting patiently for 15 minutes while he served the customer before me. He makes no indication what side of the counter he could service the next person. Knowing that I was next he went and served people who had just came in. So I walked out and took my business elsewhere.

Between my wife and I, we've had completely different experiences, and that concerns me greatly. Mine was always pleasant with the two usual staff there, but my wife constantly talked about rude experiences, so we decided to test it. My wife went in first, tried to order, and didn't even recieve a "hello", or "sorry", simply met with "Look around you! We don't have that." The face said it all, but I wanted to test it. I went in a moment later and asked for the same and the response was so different "Oh, sorry sir, we don't have that currently as we just opened." Which was not true, it was an hour and a half into the shift, but whatever. I'm gunna say it, it's so clear the staff there are racist. There was no reason to trear my wife that way, but then suddenly have a drastically different attitude towards me with the same request. I will never use this location again, I would much prefer the 2 locations minutes away in Jackson Square where they have respect for all peoples (and thing are actually in stock on time!).

Hello owner Today I visited your location for coffee and snacks. One of your employees was very rude, not only with me but also with her colleagues . When I asked her that I want to speak with manager, she replied that she is the manager. Very disappointing attitude, needs your attention.

This used to be our favorite stop on our way to Stratford. We hadn't been there for three years (Covid restrictions for border crossers) and this July 2022 were eagerly looking forward to the tradition of stopping for a coffee and pastry. What a disappointment. The staff was disorganized. The coffee was barely lukewarm and the iced cappuccino was starting to separate. There were no paper napkins anywhere and I thought "Okay, maybe it's a Covid thing or maybe a cost-saving thing... I guess you have to ask." But nobody behind the counter seemed interested in talking. When an employee came towards me on the floor and I asked she barked "I'm on break." Finally, the young man who served the coffee reappeared and seemed clueless as to how to proceed. Waiting for the napkins another customer remarked how, if it weren't the only place on her way to work, she would never come there.

one of their staff (male) is racist, extremely rude to Asian customers, he has duraface to Asian and Non-Asian customers, if you're Asian, simply skip this one.August/2021

Im so tired of asking for my bagel to be extra (double toasted) double toasted means you wait the extra time and send it through twice. Not turn the burner up so its just extra hot bread..... Today i orderd through door dash. I only orderd because it was BOGO breakfast sandwhich... I did not recieve a breakfast sandwhich with my order. My creamchese was just thrown together messy. They make there employees work so hard worring about times and making to many options and it sacrifices quailty. The quaitly of the food has gone downhill dramtically in the last couple years.

Waited in the drive through line for 18-20 min . Used a 2/for app coupon ordered exactly what the coupon said to order. Get to the window the price does not adjust. Instead of a “let’s figure this out” I got a well the machine says it’s this amount (4 dollars more than it should be ) then only after asking the manager to review the order they told me I only ordered One coffee and not two and proceeded to try and gaslight me that I was at fault . I clearly ordered two coffees. I was so put out by the way I was treated the comment “if four dollars will make it break your day I suggest staying home to eat” by the drive thru lady . I will never visit the concession street location again.

Amazing workers, I think they do an amazing job especially the ones in there now working through Covid 19 Thank you for staying open without you I wouldn't be able to get my early morning icecapp before work so from one frontline worker to another THANK YOU

Honestly if I didn’t live or work 5 minutes from this location I would never go in again. Morning manager on drive thru is rude. Never gives napkins. You pay extra for cream cheese and never get it. Ask for extra butter and it barely has any or it’s dripping out of the bag. They hand you a tea not double cupped or with a sleeve. They hold you up as you order, so that their times are better. Never give napkins. Just sat at the drive thru window for 3 minutes (they told me how long) while another car pulled up after and was served first. They said they were short staffed. Seriously??? They need to hire and pay staff accordingly so people actually care about their work.
