I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. One of the employees was changing the garbage bag, and right after that she started making coffee without changing her gloves. It was extremely unhygienic and totally unacceptable, especially in a food service place. Cleanliness and proper food-handling should be basic standards. This really made me lose confidence in this location’s hygiene practices. I hope management addresses this issue seriously.

I was heart broken when I was told the girl with lip piercings was let go! I've never seen someone so committed to her job, she said her boss was the best Horton's owner she had ever worked for. Even taking a pay cut to work afternoons because you needed an 2-10. Poor girl. Supporting her entire family. I hope she finds somewhere that will appreciate the stuff she does for them. And I pray she still has a roof over her head.
Sadly I won't be coming back to this location. Shere is the only reason I went to this location, she always had me in stitches laughing. She was amazing

Went inside for an icecap— as usual— and had a young employee greet me right away. They had very great manners, soft spoken, and very charming.
When I got my order it was quick and the same employee was very polite. 10/10 service from the employee, they made walking in so much more comfortable and convenient.

There is a lady that works most mornings when I come in and she always fills my yeti! I like that she uses the pitcher to make my coffee because it is less wasteful. Some other workers at this location make it in a disposable cup, pour it in, and then throw the cup out which defeats the purpose :( but there is one particular lady that never does this and she is also so sweet. THANK YOU!

I go to this facility out of convenience as its near my home. I go there every day to get my coffee to head to work. Im guaranteed 4 out of the 7 days it will be wrong! I have an allergy to cream, and order Double double with milk. How hard is it to listen to your customer and get the order correct? Have to go get it fixed at another location! Horrible service

visited this location september 7th/2025 around 11:05pm. the women at the window was extremely rude. (older women with red hair) Got to the window and the drinks i ordered were about half full, i asked if she could fill the drinks to the line. The lady refused to do so until I paid, which would have been fine but she was extremely hostile and rude from the second we got to the window. decided to leave everything and won’t be returning.

This place is a total joke. Tim Hortons says “open 24 hours” but every time I go (3rd or 4th time now), workers are straight up rude. Like what’s your problem? We’re customers, not beggars. And the last two times they didn’t even open the door for us. What kind of service is that? If you don’t wanna do your job then why work there? Honestly worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Never coming back.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the treatment I received at your location at 675 Mohawk Rd East on August 16 at approximately 10:40 a.m.

I ordered a coffee and a chocolate dip donut at the drive-thru. When I politely asked the staff member at the window to confirm if the donut was chocolate, she raised her voice at me, saying, “Yes, you told me that already.” I explained that I just wanted to make sure, but she yelled again, saying, “I can’t get your English—what country did you come from?”

I was very surprised and offended by this response. I told her she cannot speak to me like that and that I would be filing a complaint to head office. She replied “okay” and then refused to provide me with a receipt, saying it was “too late.”

This interaction felt very disrespectful and discriminatory, and it left me uncomfortable as a customer. I kindly request that this incident be investigated and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure no other customer has a similar experience.

This location is the WORST so far one star is extra. Service is extremly POOR. Husband just ordered walk in two medium brown sugar iced lattes with cash the employee forgot to give the change back till the manager came and gave it after asking that it was not given… The two brown sugar iced lattes were very light looking like there was only milk in it and not even filled fully I returned them one employee asks if it was even that location and the one that did it went on arguing on it was filled like do you think I would LIE drink it and come for you to fill it back???? I live right next to this location and this is NOT the first time they do this few days earlier got a small steep tea that was so cold I THREW IT AWAY I thought its not even worth going back… As for cups that are not filled I have at least asked for couple times to please fill it till the last line on that cup NO GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN

Yesterday evening, I visited the drive-thru after 6 PM and noticed that one team member appeared to be handling both taking orders and managing the window. Despite being busy, he remained calm and professional. I noticed his name tag said “Ayush,” and I politely asked him if he could personally prepare my simple cheese pizza.

He smiled without any sign of frustration and kindly agreed, saying, “I will make it for you.” While other staff members were engaged in conversation, Ayush took full responsibility and ensured everything was done properly.

The pizza he made was excellent, and I truly appreciate his dedication and customer service. He is an outstanding team member and I will come next time for sure to take this kind of service from him.

I asked at the drive through for a small cup with half milk and half water to make a warm milk and he said no I can't do that for you so I said can you do a small tea with milk and don't put the bag in he said a small tea orange pekoe and I said sure just don't put the bag in. He said yes is that it I said can I have an extra large decaf tea with vanilla and oat milk. He seemed confused and I said again that's an extra large tea with vanilla and oat milk and the other one no bag in.
He said drive up

The nice lady charged me and I said I have the small tea with no bag in just milk and hot water and I see it sat there with the bag in it. He gets asked to change it from the girl at the window and she said he's fixing it. Then hands me my drink and I see no tea bag hanging so I said where's the bag for this she said it's a decaf I said yeah tea where's the bag it's a decaf tea with vanilla and oat milk. He walks passed the window huffs and remakes it.

Then comes to the window and started to talk to me in a belittling manner saying he did it this time but you cannot adjust the menu if you want a milk with hot water you have to order a tea and say bag on the side. But that is what I said to do.

He was smirking and saying no just so you know you can't order like this. I was appalled that this person was talking to me in such a condescending belittling manner and telling me how to order I simply said I wanted to get a warm milk for my kid that's why you can charge me whatever you want I asked for a tea without the bag in it.

You screwed up my order and gave me a decaf coffee too he then persists I said decaf and I said yeah I did say decaf tea with vanilla and oat milk this just a decaf coffee there wasn't even vanilla or oat milk written on the top. I said did you charge me for coffee and he said no just 1 tea I said I bought 2 teas you charge me for 2 teas.

Then he shut me down with a smirk and said have a great day ma'am so I gave him a thumbs up and told him sarcastically he's doing amazing at his job and congratulations for being so good at what he does because I was pissed he was leaning out the window talking down to me like I'm an idiot asking for a completely ridiculous request that he did me a favor this one time. It was absolutely disrespectful and not necessary.

I called the store to see who the manger was and apparently he's the supervisor and said his manager is in tomorrow between 5pm and 1pm, I will call her to make a formal complaint I told him.

I went there at 2 clock pm and asked for a regular chili and they said it will take 2 hours to make and I said that it was alright and that I will come back. When I did come back at 4pm and asked for a chili they said that they didn’t have have any and when I told them that I came 2 hours ago to which one of the worker told me that they never even put the chili in.
