Yesterday evening, I visited the drive-thru after 6 PM and noticed that one team member appeared to be handling both taking orders and managing the window. Despite being busy, he remained calm and professional. I noticed his name tag said “Ayush,” and I politely asked him if he could personally prepare my simple cheese pizza.

This is the only Tim Hortons that knows how to make an Icecapp properly, every where else I go it's all watery. The staff is very polite and fast. I noticed alot of the regular staff from Concession Street work at this one now.

One of my favourite locations because they’re always so quick and friendly here. Everyone always remembers my order and makes it right even though it’s a bit finicky. Keep up the good work 🙂
