There is a lady that works most mornings when I come in and she always fills my yeti! I like that she uses the pitcher to make my coffee because it is less wasteful. Some other workers at this location make it in a disposable cup, pour it in, and then throw the cup out which defeats the purpose :( but there is one particular lady that never does this and she is also so sweet. THANK YOU!
Yesterday evening, I visited the drive-thru after 6 PM and noticed that one team member appeared to be handling both taking orders and managing the window.
