They wouldn't let me order food. No reason
People ahead of me got food. Just not me
2 days in a row I've had issues and didn't receive my full order. I also sensed so attitude when I told the male staff to have a good day and was told I will try. The staff not only was rude but did not receive part of my order

It's Tim Hortons so you know what your getting...but there is an employee here i think her name was Vera who was so kind and patient while also being incredibly efficient. These jobs don't look easy and I'm sure they can be incredibly frustrating but this employee gave everyone the time of day and was a real person to all the customers.

Today I placed an order in person and clearly
Conveyed my name when the lady taking my order requested it. A Second Lady was calling out orders that were completed and she yelled out a stereotypical Indian name (this is not my name) and I looked at her confused and she was corrected by a fellow employee who told her what my name was as it was clearly written infront of her. She continued to laugh and say “well I thought someone wrote it wrong and your name was actually this or something like that” I was utterly shocked and she continued to look at me and say “I just made up the name since it sounded about right”
This is blatant racism. I was spoken to like this as a result of my skin colour and ethnic background. It is highly offensive that this took place and that I was spoken to like this. I believe this only place because I was the only non- Caucasian person in the vicinity as the entire staff was white. I was so embarrassed and shocked by the audacity and how proud this lady looked while laughing and saying these things to me. I order Tim Hortons nearly every day and now I will no longer be ordering or supporting this company unless steps are taken to rectify this issue.
What is worse is that this location was in the middle of the hospital. Hospitals are supposed to be inclusive and this was definitely not the case.

Most unhygienic Tim hortons I’ve personally ever seen. The workers are just employees so I don’t blame them fully but there’s flies all over the pastries; they could definitely be taking better precautions with keeping surfaces wiped down and clean but every surface is dirty. I said something about watching a fly literally laying eggs on one of the cookies before my eyes and was told there’s nothing they can do about it and basically told me to beat it lol. Won’t be buying from them again. Everything there is filthy.

This place was SO busy so I can't blame them but our bagels were so cold and hard and underbuttered that it was extremely hard to eat 😅

Employees are working hard, but there's something wrong with the systems here. My order's often wrong and it's a nightmare to correct it when you order through the app.
I'm not picky. But I just paid an absurdly high upcharge for a parmesan twist to go along with my soup, and they gave me a bun instead. I decided not to complain about it in the moment, but now that I'm upstairs trying to bite into this rock-hard, *extremely stale* basic biscuit, I kinda wish I'd pointed out that this wasn't what I ordered
Vegetarian options: The bread is rocks and they might give you something different anyway, this is a desperation option

manager on saturday was very nice picking up the phone for me askingn about delivering. my cousin just recvored from a diabetes incuded heart attack and he was very nice in telling me how to order for next time.

This Morning ordered a breakfast sandwich.. waited for it to be called out and no called out the name so I could grab it on the way to Dialysis. Would of never known it was sitting there getting cold. What the heck is going on .. it's been Renovated and bigger.. What you don't want your staff calling out name for customers to grab their orders. Just to let them sit on counter to get cold. You should be on top of this.. There wasn't a line up but orders coming in .. So I wouldn't know how far mine was on list. I used to work in Hospitality sector So I know how it works. Come on , You want to fix what customers are complaining about.. It's staff not wanting to do their Jobs right even to get orders right.. Thats in all stores who make that mistake don't read the order right. RETRAINING IS NEEDED . Staff who want to work in this Industry should love to work and serve the Public. I know I did . That's all. I will.contact The team.
