I do not have time to complain about service but if l have had enough of bad service experience from the same location l have to. I had food poisoning from the same location after eating a breakfast sausage sandwich but l let it go. I went there to buy a tea and she told they do not have the tea l requested you could have seen the body language it really was very unwelcoming and she looked at me up and down. Regardless of that l asked if they had any other teas she told me that they do not serve tea at that location and because they do not have hot water to make the tea. After all that attitude I turn away with no word and left, she had the audacity to yell and say have a good day very intimidatingly and turned and said there was no need for that after that uncalled for treatment. What a day, we just have to be kind to each other l absolutely did not deserve that at all.

Today my checking account got debited $1.83 at the counter, the woman made my coffee, then refused to give it to me till I paid again as she claimed my card was declined. I showed her my Google pay notification with the time. She still refused. I literally had to show her my bank statement transaction on my app and THEN she still didn't believe me. I very politely asked if we are going to continue this game or can I have my coffee. She proceeded to push the coffee across the counter and VERY rudely said ' enjoy your free coffee'. I am reporting this store to Home Office and might take it further. I was treated like a thief while a line up of people watched me try to prove I'm not. Humiliation at it's best, this was not a short interaction, I am furious.

What happened to Tim Hortons.
The workers can't even communicate in plain English.
The food and snacks here are terrible. I don't know why. Even the donuts are bad here

I have been going to this location very often as I live near by. All the employees at this location give you good service but 1 employee stands out for me is MIMOZA. She has always made my order perfectly. She always greets the customer with a nice smile. Never seen her talking rudely with any customer.
