I ordered medium steap tea but I get black coffee. The service is very slow . This location need some more trainee.i faced that problem first time in this location rather then another. this location need improvement.

The place is Upper James and Fennell Ave and service has changed. Not for the better unfortunately. I was told they no longer have condiments, like ketchup. Weird? Also they are now scanning their own card on my purchase, I was told it’s a gift card. Why is someone else benefiting from my purchase? Will be calling head office to find out about this.

Got an iced Capp…. The bottom half of it was pitch black, top half was white. It was as if it separated or something, really gross and strange. Idk if they forgot milk or something, but yeah

And they handed it to me like that, I was like huh??? I went to another location to get a new drink. Even they were super confused?

I love the staff. Friendly and attentive. This low rating is because they turn off the mobile app all the time so what should be a quick order and pick up 20 minutes later, becomes waiting in line taking away time I need to work with patients and my lunch hour.Be prepared to wait in the mornings between 8-10 and same for the lunch hours.

Found a black maggot looking bug in my iced Capp. Called the location to let them know and suggest to re-clean the machine and the First Lady I spoke with had an attitude, the Second Lady told me I had to bring it back for them to do anything. Needless to say I will not be getting iced Capps from this location moving forward.
