The line can be really long at times but once you order, you dont have to wait too long. Generally mobes pretty fast too. They dont skimp on the drinks at all. Note that they do not have basixlaly any lunch items (no wraps, sandwiches, bagels). Its just drinks and pasteries for the most part.

Dropped by Tim Hortons in the afternoon and ordered the veggie habenaro wrap. It came out hot, fresh, and perfectly made, just the way it should be. The team was friendly and handled the afternoon rush with a smile, making sure everything was quick and accurate. Loved the service and the wrap—thank you for a great experience!

Avoid the older women in her 60s short with dark hair who usually is there a the cash register mornings during the week. She is VERY rude. She barely makes icon tact. I told her I wanted a peppermint tea. She told the other person green tea. I didn't hear this until I got the green tea order. She said to thr other employee, He said green tea to me. Not even being discreet right in front of me. Peppermint and green tea sound very different.

I am quite certain that I experienced very poor discriminatory treatment. After placing my order, I was waiting for my small double-double. The server, a Black girl, called the previous person to pick up his drink and then quickly placed a small double-double on the counter. I wasn't sure if it was mine (sometimes people aren't around when their drink is ready, so I didn't want to assume). So, I kindly looked at the female server and asked twice, "Is it mine?"

She rolled her eyes, showing clear impatience, and walked over without answering my question. Instead, she rolled her eyes two more times, indicating her frustration. The male server who took my order then responded, "Yes, that's your small double-double." I appreciate his help.

Maybe that girl was having a bad day, but I'm more inclined to believe that she was being discriminatory, which is absolutely disgusting.

I did not take note of the names of the two employees (I want to thank the male server although) since my intention is not to get the girl reprimanded or warned. I just want to inform other customers, especially McMaster students, that if you walk into this store after a tiring study session and receive such treatment, you have the right to express how this behavior has hurt you. This is not the way customers should be treated.

Hard working employees. I went here 30 mints before closing and ordered an ice capp with whip cream.I noticed it was taking a while as people ahead of me were getting there order faster. However, I realized that they actually had to open a whole new container of whipped cream just for my drink.I felt bad but I am surprised they didn't just tell me they ran out, instead, they took the time and effort to prepare a new container of whipped cream.I just wanted to say I appreciate the effort these employees put into there work.Side note but the presentation of the ice capp from here was much better than the one I got from bistro-2-go, so props to the team at MUSC tim hortons.

I am disappointed to have experienced the absolutely atrocious customer service at this place. After ordering an oreo iced capp the brunette with a nose piercing outright complained for the entire duration of making my drink stating she hates making the drink and refuses to make another one ever again right infront of myself and other customers. Since an iced capp is a staple of Tim Hortons if a staff member is complaining about her job description, they simply should not be working there. The customer service and treatment was disgusting and unacceptable. Never have I ever experienced this treatment from any other Tim Hortons when ordering a simple item from the menu. Disappointed is an understatement.

I don't go here out of convenience, I go here out of love <3 I get a coffee every single morning and it is ALWAYS fresh and made well. Also the employees are so friendly!
