Asked for lightly toasted craveables, they still came out a little burnt. This location is famous for burning everything. All they say is if you want it lightly toasted, you have to remember to ask. I like to taste the roast beef on my craveables, I don't want to taste charcoal...I asked this time and it still came out a little burnt. ( not as bad as usual...

Excellent customer service from the staff, even though we don't speak the language, they always try to understand me and help me improve my English.

I come to this place most of the time, and always happy to come and have coffee and food, five stars is not enough, always great management and great staff, like today,TAMMY take my order with amazing smile and great attitude and she was professional to make my order .
