Jess at this location is a star with drive through. An absolute professional, took our order with patience, 100% accuracy and super polite. Her added touch of low key upselling will have us trying the salted Carmel tart next time for sure. Our drinks were served hot and deserts split exactly how we requested. Thank you Jess for such excellent service. Btw you would be great as a radio host.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons today. The girl named Navneet was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. She served my order quickly, with a smile, and made sure everything was just right. It’s always nice to be greeted so kindly thank you, Navneet, for making my visit enjoyable

Ongoing update: I changed my review to 3 stars due to a good experience on my last visit and speaking with the manager Michelle who was very understanding and kind. I will change my review as service improves.

Update 2: Yet again they messed up the order they don't repeat back what you order to get it right and they can NOT speak clearly. I ONLY go to this location because it is nearest to where I live.
