I was the only customer in the line and the lady on the speaker rudely told me have your payment ready first of all telling someone to have their payment ready is rude and to say it with attitude is unnecessary if you don't like your job find another one.cheers

This is by far the most efficient tim hhortons I have ever been to. They are kind and fast! I come every morning around 8 and there is rarely a line and if there is they zoom through it!

I come here every morning and usually greeted by Parminder, who is always smiling and kind. All the staff are super nice. This is my favorite timmies and my coffee is always made perfect. Thanks guys! :)

I've been coming to this tim hortons for the last 15 years. The new staff are so rude and have no customer service skills. Last time I checked they are suppose to hand me my coffee not me come out my car window to try and get it. Absolutely disgusting behavior. The only worker I like the one with the middle eastern accent. Will be going elsewhere going from now on!!!
