I was the only customer in the line and the lady on the speaker rudely told me have your payment ready first of all telling someone to have their payment ready is rude and to say it with attitude is unnecessary if you don't like your job find another one.cheers

This is by far the most efficient tim hhortons I have ever been to. They are kind and fast! I come every morning around 8 and there is rarely a line and if there is they zoom through it!
