I've been coming to this tim hortons for the last 15 years. The new staff are so rude and have no customer service skills. Last time I checked they are suppose to hand me my coffee not me come out my car window to try and get it. Absolutely disgusting behavior. The only worker I like the one with the middle eastern accent. Will be going elsewhere going from now on!!!

My order was fine but customer service was poor. Walked in and noticed the screen was off and it looked like workers were cleaning and putting stuff away. I politely asked if they were closed and the response I received was “ we’re open you can’t see us” ? … please train staff to provide better customer service cheeky responses are not necessary.

This location is really need to looked after from mangers and owners why the moring stuff are rude even on the speakers and window part even the way that one person does everying and other person doing nothing that's not fair i hope you guys make some changes
