542.40 for parking in your lot with no clear signs that we could have paid paring(for the game) and being towed for wrongly parking is total arm robbery and not COOL 😡 thanks for the prine parking 2 blocks away 😡 I won’t be getting my tea there no more.

I used to go to this location every morning. Unfortunately, due to incorrect orders, burnt bagels and the worst service I have ever received. I now go half a block further to McDonald's for my morning coffee. I good portion of the staff act like they do not want to be there or are doing you a favour. When you are giving your order, they cut you off, or are just flat out rude. They do not look at you or say good morning, hello thank you at the window; you just see a hand thrust out with no communication at all. I am not saying it is all the employees; there are friendly ones like a young lady with bright red hair and two shorter young ladies, who are very lovely, but everyone else needs a lesson in customer service.. I wish the owner would stop by regularly and go through their own drive-through to see how bad the customer service is. I am not asking anyone to be overly nice; just a little courtesy goes a long way, I feel i am polite, I say good morning, thank you, have a great day....and nothing. I should not feel angry after leaving a drive-thru.

Food was fine my ice coffee could have used more sweetener because I ordered extra caramel and didn’t receive . The guy at the window had a nasty attitude and also forgot one of our breakfast wraps. (I understand he could’ve been having a hard day or just not a morning person ) but this is definitely not the attitude I want first thing in the morning and won’t be going back.

This tim hortons location is a joke never have enough supplies in food wise. Never can get a order right and I've seen an employee scratch his crotch area and continue to make coffee without washing their hands. I spoke up about that well I was sitting in drive through and told the worker about the other worker. I did notify head corporation about that worker it's so not sanitary. Sick of this tim hortons the manager clearly can't get their employees right we have verbal written then termination why does this not apply for these employees. Maybe it's the manager that doesn't know how to run a store/employees. It's been going on for to long hate this location. Can't reply to your comment nothing changes as many times as I called head corporation or even called into the store. This place needs a full overhauled with new management/employees it's so run down.

this location is quite busy. staff is welcoming and they are pretty well stocked.
