Everyone is slow especially this hunch back guy with a starring problem wasted my money to stop there with a uber before the train and they went that busy was in there for 15 mins and it wasn’t that busy

Ever since the new owners took over this place is even more worse then it was
I have to repeat myself 20 times at the speaker and they can never get anything right especially in the morning time they rush you out I get they have drive thru times but also your accuracy and to get things right are important too

In the last 3 months or so this location has been terrible. I haven't gotten a correct order in weeks. I also drink one of the specialty lattes and there seems to be only 1 or 2 people that actually know how to make it so my money is wasted at least 3 times a week. Just disappointing

Hey this place used to be 1 of the best Tim's now it is bad food is usually messed up and 7 out of the 7 times in last 2 weeks I've had my coffee ruined, pls do better I've been coming here for almost 6 years

The worst customer service ever. I've seen in my life and missing items and they're too slow. I wait fifteen minutes inside and lie.Now after I get to the cashier, and I ask for chicken noodle soup, and the way they talk and the way they do is disgusting is the worst people

Your staff are horrible. Ten minutes waiting for MOBILE. Five staff, no one acknowledges you waiting. No one says anything. They all look at you want walk away like you aren’t there. Train your staff better. This is a constant issue. I won’t even order In person because they ignore the indoor line too. get your staff under control or fire them and hire better workers. If I could give you no stars I would.
