Hey this place used to be 1 of the best Tim's now it is bad food is usually messed up and 7 out of the 7 times in last 2 weeks I've had my coffee ruined, pls do better I've been coming here for almost 6 years

The worst customer service ever. I've seen in my life and missing items and they're too slow. I wait fifteen minutes inside and lie.Now after I get to the cashier, and I ask for chicken noodle soup, and the way they talk and the way they do is disgusting is the worst people

Your staff are horrible. Ten minutes waiting for MOBILE. Five staff, no one acknowledges you waiting. No one says anything. They all look at you want walk away like you aren’t there. Train your staff better. This is a constant issue. I won’t even order In person because they ignore the indoor line too. get your staff under control or fire them and hire better workers. If I could give you no stars I would.

Me and My boyfriend had gone for lunch, to start, i only have change so i went over to the register that they dont use, at this time it was empty, i was counting my change and a worker had gotten mad at me. our drinks came out quickly but my boyfriend never received his wrap, we waited about 15 minutes before saying something. when we had gone up to complain they apologized, we got hack to school to open up the wrap it was wrong, he ordered a sausage farmers wrap, they gave us a chicken lettuce tomato wrap. also the one table was disgusting, i obviously know that other kids left it a mess but before it gets busy from the highschool students you would think they would clean it up so they can sit there, me and my boyfriend cleaned it off instead.

The supervisor girl with glasses, in the morning time (around 8AM) She’s honestly amazing. So fast, so polite, and she deals with customers like a total pro. Amazing service!! Made my hazelnut cold brew in a right way!! Definitely coming back
