I am happy with my experience at this location. However when I spent $253.65 and find out my rewards card did not scan properly until I got home. I thought maybe it was because of what I had purchased.
I went back, a couple of weeks later, and purchased the same thing plus another item and it worked, I was told to call the head office. When I called the head office I am told if it didn't scan at the time of purchase there is nothing they can do. I AM NOT IMPRESSED!

#1 Tim Hortons .. since 1964 😊
It's nice experience compared to other Tim's I visited . Very friendly staffs and nice atmosphere.
Seats are limited but when I visited it was not crowded. I was not able to enter the mini museum as it was closed on the day .
And the other noticeable fact is .. the coffee was absolutely nice . And the hot chocolate I had was the best one till now from any of the Tim .

The museum upstairs has been closed but has been moved downstairs with display cases around the restaurant that will rotate every few months. Shame that not everything is viewable at once now but still had some very interesting displays and the restaurant itself was in an older 70s design. Still worth a stop if your passing by and want to get some Tim’s history!

The entire 2nd floor of the building used to be a museum. Now the museum is just a couple of display cases of memorabilia by the cashier. Not worth the drive

Ordered extra cream cheese on a bagel and fortunatley I had the foresight to check and saw it had just a scrape of cream cheese on a mostly burnt bagel. Wouldin't have cared if it was not a dollar extra for it. Also my habenero bowl had a hair in it that we discovered when getting home. Employee's did not care, not to mention as I was about to order the cashier decided to take a phone call right in my face which I found pretty rude.
Severly disappointed, only thing cool was the history of tim hortons they had on display. Which we had plenty of time to observe since we waited over 10 mins for a simple order.

Not like other Tim Hortans, this place is clean. However, only limited number of people can seated inside. Second floor was not accessible. Museum was closed.

I visited the Tim Hortons Mini Museum today, and I was really excited because this is the very first branch — it feels special to be here! The place was very clean, and I enjoyed seeing the beautiful displays and learning about the history. It really reminded me of how coffee used to be a big part of people’s lives in the past.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. The lady at the counter seemed a little stressed or maybe new, and her attitude toward customers wasn’t very welcoming. Hopefully, this improves with time, because the location itself is truly worth visiting.

Worth a stop if you are in town.
While it was nice to see the history at this Tim's, the service was terrible. Waited almost 30 min for a sandwich. Staff were confused and disorganized.

Was hoping for more in terms of history and customer service. It’s just another Tim Hortons with some memorabilia on the walls. The upstairs museum is closed (for good)? The staff are the same as most locations, don’t know their products, etc. Lots of flies in the donut counter too.
Awesome!
I come here often and every single time my order is screwed up. It's ridiculous.
