One of the iconic stores of Tim . This is where it all started when mr Hortons put up the first coffee house . Now it’s fully renovated but they kept the memories alive inside the store like a museum pieces .

I pre-ordered on the app. I had to wait a few minutes which was fine. I ordered a xlarge steeped tea. I took the lid off before I left. As I know they never fill the cups up. You are lucky if you get even enough in a x large to make a large. I asked the girl to fill the cup up. She goes you will have to wait for more tea to brew. Obviously you could tell before making my tea. You did not have enough. This is not the first time this has happened. Why do I need to check everytime?

Food is the same as you can expect from a Tim Hortons but being a very first Tim Hortons more employees should be hired to keep the place clean. Washrooms are not clean and even the sitting area upstairs and downstairs is not clean. The washroom door is broken. I expect this to be very well maintained and clean place being first Tim Hortons store. I visited first Starbucks in Seattle I expect this to be at same level when it comes to maintenance and cleaning.Note: Mini Museum is on the 2nd Floor.Parking: Very few spots available for parking.

The store was very dirty and the bathroom was very dirty. All the food wasn't served so I spoke twice before getting it.It was unpleasant to be thrown away and all the food was not good. I think it would be better to go to another branch. In the end, I took it out rather than eating it at the store.

Love the nostalgia aspect of this restaurant (for anyone who doesnt know this was the first "coffee" shop Tim horton ever opened) but just a little "timbit" not the first buissness named tim hortons there was (and this is just my opinion of facts Ive come to believe through what ive read heard or seen in my life dont just take this as fact) a Tim hortons Burger restaurant that had opened and failed and not really talked about afterward. but the service at this museum/ coffee/ doughnut shop is not the greatest and the food has been among the worst of all the tims Ive been to in my life and the Bathroom was being used by one occupant on our last visit and that had been our reason for stopping there we were made to buy something in order to use the facilities then wait 20 mins until we left due to frustration cause no employee would do anything to urge the occupant to hurry or check it was another overdose by a addict of fentynal which worried me but as we walked out the door out came an employee who had done her make up after working her shift.

Ordered on uber eats. The medium vanilla iced capp had no whipped topping on it, and was very bitter. I also had ordered a boston cream donut which did not come and was replaced with a honey glaze donut. After I had complained about my order to uber the store had shut down their uber orders. Worst experience yet.

A really great little restaurant that grew. I love the history because I was there. Long may they reign.Kid-friendliness: Lots of local school kids here, very well behaved and acting grown up.So good to see this restaurant as an Archie Andrew's Choclat Shop.Obviously a community hub.

Just a regular Tim Hortons with a very mini museum on top, nothing fancy. It is worth the visit if you are passing by, but not worth a detour.

my coffee was made mistakenly made wrong but to late for me to go back bc i started work in 5 min so I had politely called to ask if I could switch the coffee on my lunch break, .. well she asked me where my location was and DELIVERED me a fresh new coffee . I was so surprised and not expecting this at all . The kind gesture of going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy ... She said her name so quick but I believe she said her name is Tammy!Tammy if you read I had no cash on me to give you a tip! .. when I return tomorrow morning before work I owe you the biggest thank you and Tip! Tim Hortons is so lucky to have such a hard dedicated worker that goes above and beyond to keep their customers happy!

This is the FIRST Tim Hortons, and it is by FAR the WORST I have ever been to. We waited I kid you not 25 minutes today for a plain bagel with butter and a simply sausage. SHAME on you for making it take as long as a LITERAL restaurant meal takes to get there. The manager should have given EVERYONE there a $5 gift card at LEAST. Shame on all of you, especially the manager and the blonde woman. They're the slowest people I have EVER seen working in FAST FOOD!!! Shame on your staff, shame on management, shame on you.

Consistently awful, got a double double and it had chunks of cream in it... also the museum is dusty and is just a reminder of how terrible Tim hortons has become over time.
