Delicious! The ramen broth is rich and flavourful, and all the toppings are great! The chashu pork is tender and well seasoned! I recommend the spicy tonkotsu!Vegetarian options: They have both spicy and plain veggie ramen, as well as edamame.
Came in yesterday with a friend for their first 100 bowls 50% off grand opening deal. We had the Tonkotsu Special and Spicy Tonkotsu, as well as the Spicy Mayo Karaage and Gyoza for our sides. Both bowls of ramen were so delicious! Best I’ve had in Hamilton in terms of broth flavour and richness, as well as pork. The noodles were good but nothing super special, and the egg was just a regular soft boiled egg. The karaage was good but not amazing, definitely better than Kenzo....read full review
