For 2025 please get a new pizza cook, or pay for whoever is making pizzas to get their eyes checked everytime I order a pizza from here it’s wrong, 4th time in a row now will not order again

Awful, waited 2 hours for delivery and nothing showed up. And for some reason you need to pay beforehand SPECIFICALLY for this location??

My partner and i ordered two pepperoni pizzas, garlic bread and cinnamon bites. We got the wrong order through delivery and called the store to ask what happened. The person we spoke to offered to make our food again, but refused to get our food delivered. Apparently the manager was not available to speak to, and I was told that the customer service person would call us back in five minutes once he had figured out what to do. Over an hour later, the customer service person called back, and when I said that at this point I'd rather have a refund, he told me that the delivery had already been out for 20 minutes.
This is not the first time I have had a problem with this location.
About two months ago, we ordered a pizza, and it arrived with whole wheat dough, and no one had called to tell us about the change. Luckily no one in our family has an allergy.
I understand that mistakes happen, but I am really disappointed in the customer service at this location.

First time ordering from there and they decided to forget my dipping sauce. Unfortunately the BBQ pizza was less then good, the dough was great but they didn't take care to spread topping correctly so the center was cheesed, the last 2-3 inches from crust was bare. The BBQ sauce was lacking and all it tasted like was cheesy bread, and the chicken couldn't be found on some pieces. Same goes for the pepperoni pizza, I ordered both with thick crusts and the pepperoni lacked cheese and care was not taken to spread what little there was. The dough was perfect as well. I also ordered the loaded potatoe skins and it was disappointing as well. What makes all this even worse is I messaged them right away and didn't even get a response. I used Skip the Dishes for delivery , it was slated for 36 minutes and arrived 42 minutes after placing order. 50+ dollars for two mediums and 4 potatoe skins. I will have to pass on future orders.

Underwhelmed by our XL Chicken Caesar pizza. There was one small piece of chicken per slice, no parmesan as per the description, and we had requested added herb & garlic seasoning and it was not included.

Toppers is pretty good pizza flat out, the crust and sauce are really good and the toppings are fresh. Can't rate atmosphere because we got delivery. I go to toppers if I'm in the area.?

Very poor location if you are looking to pick up. The front door is on the wrong way, so when you are leaving with your food you have to pull the door towards you making it more difficult to hold your food or possibly drop it.

I never got my pizza because I ordered delivery and apparently this store doesn't have delivery and get this the store won't even contact you to let you know your pizza won't be delivered they will just let you sit around and eventually you'll have to call customer service and have them tell you someone should have called you from the store to inform me of this any other pizza franchise would have contacted the customer, horrible customer service I'll stick with one of the dozens of other pizza choices Hamilton has to offer.

We ordered the special ($17.95 for 4 toppings) and included the dill pickle cheesy sticks and both were amazing…excellent value and very tasty! Customer service was fantastic :)

Worst pizza I have ever had in my life please stay away from this pizza place. The employee working the evening on the front counter has no sense how to treat a customer and should be fired from this place never coming back to this place ever.

Thai chili pizza is the best pizza on the menu! They are un rivaled at this location and are an incredible team of people. I with all your locations are run this well!
