We sat at the dirty south restaurant for dinner and it’s a great little spot but lacking a bit in its quality.. the food looks great but lacks flavour in some of the meals. The fish taco didn’t have any fish it was just batter but the Korean bbq taco was amazing! The chicken and waffle was amazing it’s a 5 star from me, but the onion rings were very ball park nothing special. Mac and cheese was nice and creamy but lacked on overall flavour! We had a group of ten and two of the meals had hair in there food.. yikes but hey things happen and this was the first time in the dozen I’ve had it! Definitely worth the pop in and try clearly I do like it. But it needs some added work.

The chips of the nachos are tasteless, hard, and very little toppings. But staffs were friendly, and atmosphere was nice.

Causal, relaxed, upbeat atmosphere! In the Townhall you will find great Relay coffee here at the Incline Coffee Co., & more - there's the popular Dirty South, the Taproom, and the Parlour!

Hidden gem! This local pub deserves more recognition. With live music every Friday and Saturday, weekly deals, and something on the menu for everyone, it’s hard to beat. Food is usually under $20 and drinks $5–10—great value. Thursdays are my fave with half-price apps (the wings and burger trio are must-tries!). Andrew the bartender is always friendly and welcoming. One of my go-to spots—hope it sticks around!

We love it here. We were big fans of Dirty South, and once their storefront moved across the street, we followed. I'm so glad we did! It has become a go-to spot for date night; we love ordering from two restaurant at once. And the value is unbeatable. We visited last Thursday and were pleasantly surprised that the pub side had half-off apps, and returned tonight with the kids. On Tuesdays, kids eat for $2 at Dirty South when an adult meal is purchased, and we got a sweet surprise at the end with vouchers for free kids cones at the Parlour. They also have a closet of board games, so we played Uno as a family while we waited for our meals. The service is always friendly and cheerful, and the price is affordable. We'll be back soon!

Lunch today at another establishment.
Townhall takes on a Caribbean idea of a food market. Multiple shops in one large room separated by some walls but still accessible.
The parlour, Incline, The taproom , Dirty south.
No matter where you sit all is available.
We had the Classic burger and fries with a tap beer ( Stella) cost 25.98 plus tip and tax.
About average as the meal was 15.99 and beer 9.99
Little high for beer but it was Stella.
The burger was great very tasteful and cooked just right. Garnishes were fresh and plentiful. The bun was fresh and didn’t fall apart. Fries were cooked perfectly.
I steeped outside for a minute for a call and they put my meal on warmer until I came back. Wow.
Staff was friendly and helpful also. A plus.
The table and chairs were a treat as the chairs were very comfortable with a non wobbly table.
Strongly recommend this establishment.
Next time I’ll have some ice cream as it’s a Canadian brand made in London Ont.

Nice idea, but few healthy menu options. Left feeling grossed out by too much deep fried everything. Mediocre.

almost 10 dollars for a muffin and a burnt watered down coffee, and then the lady at the register had the balls to add a tip request to the debit machine. You suck.
We come here for the value, and the spinach dip is amazing. Drinks are great. Everything is great! It's our go to place for a nice meal without breaking the bank. Top notch service, and quality of food!

Townhall is hands down one of my favorite spots in Hamilton! I’ve been here multiple times—date nights, Mother’s Day, and even with a big group of girlfriends—and every single time, it’s been an amazing experience.
The food is to die for, with a menu that never disappoints, but what truly sets Townhall apart is the outstanding service. The staff genuinely care about their customers' experience, and it shows. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy, which is so refreshing.
The recent reno looks fantastic, and honestly, moving away from the food stall concept was a smart choice—it always seemed to confuse people. Now, everything just flows better.
And the vibe? On point! Whether you’re out for a cozy dinner or a fun night with friends, Townhall nails it every time. Highly recommend!
I had my birthday party at Townhall Social at the start of January. They were SO incredible and accommodating! Staff was super kind to all the guests, the vibes were great, and they even helped create a customized menu to match the “tini bit older” themed! Would strongly recommend for events!
They were under construction when we visited, our server was attentive and polite. Food was tastey, and a good variety of herbal tea.
Food is amazing, atmosphere and service are like no other! have tried several things on all the menus and definitely 12/10 recommended! Affordable and delicious.
Townhall has quickly become one of my absolute favourite local spots. It’s not just a café or a restaurant; it’s a staple in my weekly routine. I’m there at least once a week, sipping on the incredible Incline Coffee while tackling some writing or admin work. It’s the perfect blend of productivity and relaxation, and honestly, I don’t know how I’d manage without it.
The main restaurant serves food that’s so good, it feels like a treat every time I eat there. But what really sets Townhall apart is how brilliantly the owners have designed it to be kid-friendly. It’s a rare gem where you don’t have to apologize for your kids being, well, kids! The atmosphere is super chill, making it a great spot for families, solo visitors, and anyone looking for a relaxed vibe.
My 5-year-old son absolutely loves it. Whether he’s playing games or indulging in some well-earned ice cream. And for anyone looking to host an event, Townhall is a fantastic choice.
It’s safe to say that Townhall is a true treasure on Concession Street—one I feel so lucky to have in our community.
