Placed an order online. They confirmed the order and took the money. Business was closed when I got there and is still closed a day later. Call the numbers and the Toronto area code is a personal phone, the business number just goes to answering machine. Out $40! They rectified this and issued me a total refund and apology. They seem really sincere in wanting to have great customer service. Thank you!

This is my new favourite, local business. Friendly staff, good vibes, and if you love a tasty juicy saucy burger I highly recommend the Trap Burger. It was perfect. I'm so excited to try other menu items. I will try to return asap and I recommend this spot if you have great taste, enjoy delicious burgers and sides, and want to support local. They're the plug; and seriously underrated.

A hidden gem delivering unique tastes with a cultural twist on your classic burger joint.Customer service was a strong plus here as i was indecisive at first. I ended up trying the "Trap burger" which comes with a homemade sauce. Let me say, they did not hold back on flavour!Strongly recommend giving it a try if your in the mood for a good burger or crispy potato fries.

Went for some night snacks and it was amazing, finally a place that has Cajun dry rub for fries! definitely my new favourite fry place! Cook was very nice as well.

Big waste of money. We had high hopes but were disappointed. Burgers were bland and soggy, 5 tiny mozzarella sticks for $11 the poutine was at best average. Wouldn't recommend or try again.

The food here is absolutely disgusting. I don't know how they can feel good serving this . The one cheese burger came Pre cut and with items what were not requested. The second burger The "Da Plug" burger has more Grey than an old folks home .. the pickle fries were absolutely drenched in grease and had left a nice grease pool in the bottom of the cup it was served in .

Sadly the food i recieved tonight was basically inedible,The one burger, so grey i dont even want to try it, and the other burger super thin and cut in half for some reason? Not following instructions, just disappointing all around.A pool of grease at the bottom of the pickle fries, and they didnt even include my extra sauces.For the crazy price i paid for 2 burgers and 2 sides, with the quality i recieved, i cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I've ordered from Traphouse quite a few times and have always gotten a solid burger and fries. What I was super impressed by though, besides the food, was the excellent customer service. There was a quality issue with one of my orders and the owner replaced the meal without a second thought and even had an employee deliver it right to my door. And this time, the order was perfect. Great juicy burger with delicious trap sauce and toppings. And an order of crispy, tasty onion rings. Thanks for going above and beyond!
Ok first the good- I had the trap burger and it was delicious! Quality homemade patty, quality ingredients and it was well put together on a very tasty, fresh brioche bun. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and nice to deal with and service was quick.The areas that could use improvement- I also got the savory poutine which was not so great, I didn't even finish it. The fries were undercooked and soggy and had way too much gravy. It's a fine line between soggy mush and crispy fries with gravy and curds. To their credit they did use curds and the gravy was good, just didn't come together well.The other areas that I had trouble with were they forgot the bacon on my burger and didn't put a fork in the bag for my poutine.Also it was 25 bucks!! For takeout!!!!Admittedly this was my first time there, maybe they were having an off night ?♂️ there is definitely potential there and the other positive reviews make me wonder if I should give it another go. At the very least stop in for a burger, even without the bacon it was good!

We decided to try this place out after reading all the good reviews and sadly we were disappointed. My burger was extremely salty! My chest was literally on fire from how salty the burger was. My fiance ordered the whoopty chicken burger and he couldn't even finish it because it looked nothing like the picture, was dry, burnt and rubbery. The poutines were soggy and didn't taste good at all. I really was excited to try this place, but goes to show that you can't always believe reviews.

Definitely worth the stop in your busy schedule, make sure when you stop by there do so with an appetite, cause these burgs are fillin size. Great company while you wait (staff) for that schizzlin burger to get laid on a bun.Great selection, superb flavour, good prices and a new spot for me to grab an excellent burger!

I drive transport and my first time delivering to Traphouse was a great experience. Very clean and welcoming. The smell of the food is unreal it just hits the spot you won't regret picking up anything from here 10 out of 10!!

Don't normally call a restaurant back after a Skip the Dishes order - but in this case - had to let them know - that was the Best Burgers we had ever had. Got the Trap Burger (aka the "juicy Lucy") and it was awesome.
