My wife and I haven’t been to Turtle Jacks for quite a while. We impulsively dropped in last night. Our food was delicious, the beer was cold and tasty but the best part of our visit was our server, Maddy!!
She was awesome…welcoming, attentive, courteous but her sense of humour made our evening.
We will not wait so long to return but we certainly hope Maddy will be our servervagain

This is definitely a new and improved Turtle jack's, that has been totally revamped ( it's been a long time since I've been to a TJ's). I have fond memories I'm going to the original one in Waterdown with my older siblings for their signature chicken wings.

Gives you that Boathouse feeling warm and inviting.

Service was excellent, with great recommendations and the food was very tasty.
Lots of room to maneuver around if you're in a wheelchair.

Got take out ribs and sweet potato fries. I couldn’t find the fries at first :/ they were under the ribs and soggy. Everything else was good

Such a good atmosphere. Food was so good. We had Sara as our waitress. She was very nice; she asked if we had any allergies and explained the meals to us. 10/10 recommend.

Came back here after a long break ( my reasons nothing to do with the restaurant) and our waitress Pascale remembered our order right down to the way I like my steak made my wife and I feel special thank you Pascale for your award-winning service PS BRING BACK THE STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING LOL
