Send him (Matt )back to Muskoka early . .not that he is bad but bad vibes . They can have him .
If he stays I am gone . Lots of other places to go and spend my $

We had a great experience at Turtle Jack’s. Our bartender, Macy, was excellent. From across the room, she noticed when my son’s drink was finished and promptly brought him a fresh one. She was also quick to check in whenever my husband or I needed a refill. The food was tasty and served hot. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I hope Macy’s manager sees this feedba

Visited this restaurant twice this month, first was for a work christmas lunch, and second last night for a girls night. The first visit a lot of my coworkers said the same thing, their meals lacked flavour and seasoning. Bland pasta, burgers and bowls. Last night was the same, very bland tasting food. Only thing we really enjoyed was the nachos. Good portion for the price. The restaurant itself is lovely, nice and cozy, with friendly staff. Add more seasonings and switch up food prep and everything would be perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Turtle Jacks, and I must say, the experience was made truly exceptional by our server, Macy. From the moment we sat down, Macy's vibrant personality and attentiveness created a welcoming atmosphere that instantly put us at ease.

One of the highlights of our visit was definitely the way she poured the Guinness. It was, hands down, the best pint I've ever had! Macy's technique was spot-on, ensuring that each pour was perfectly crafted with the right amount of head. It was clear she takes great pride in her work, and her enthusiasm for the drink was infectious. I found myself savoring each sip, appreciating not only the quality of the beer but also the care that went into serving it.

Macy expertly managed other tables while maintaining a personal connection with us. She checked in regularly, ensuring we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations from the menu. Her knowledge about the selections was evident, and her passion for the food and drinks made us feel confident in our choices.

Overall, Macy transformed a simple night out into a delightful experience. Her excellent service, skillful pouring of Guinness, and engaging personality made our visit memorable. I can’t wait to return to Turtle Jacks, not just for the fantastic food and drinks, but to see Macy again! If you’re lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in for a treat!

The restaurant was great. The atmosphere was unbelievable our server, Sara very friendly and knowledgable and the food was really good. The steak I had was better than a steak I could get from the keg. Everybody enjoyed their meal. Great time thank you.

All the kids came home after finishing their exams and we had a wonderful dinner together. Our server, Emily, was pleasant and very welcoming. She made sure everyone was happy with their meals and her smile was very welcoming.

The server was excellent. The only complaints I have are that the entree was brought to the table within minutes of receiving the appetizer. I saw no reason to rush the meal as the restaurant was not packed. Also, there was cold air blowing around. We ate at The Keg the previous night and were seated near the door and yet were nice and warm.

Initial service was good and food was good, too! Although the restaurant did not appear to be overly busy, we had to wait a long time for our dessert order to be taken. When it came, we ate it with dirty dinner dishes still on the table...not cool. Then we had to wait a long time to get the bill which really dampened the whole experience. I hate when that happens!

The three cheese dip is not worth the money. I would not recommend it. Other restaurants have a better tasting dip and more reasonably priced. Overall choice of entrees are good, and really good service by our waitress.
