Very cozy and sweet vibe in this location. As soon as we walked in, we got a booth and noticed the view of the fireplace with a dining room full of happy groups of people. Our server Joe welcomed us with great charisma and jokes. We all ordered, and while it was busy, we did not wait long, and Joe took amazing care of us with full drinks and checking in and cracking jokes. Overall, very wonderful experience at this location. Highly recommend the Waterdown Jack's! Also, the food at Turtle Jack's is always dynamite, no matter what location you go to but that's just our opinion ;)

Last time I ordered takeout, the food portions were significantly smaller compared to previous years, and to make matters worse, they were burnt. This time again it’s burnt. Highly recommend going to this location. I have been twice now and both times have stayed to watch the Montreal Canadiens game. I feel so welcome to stay and watch the game, never rushed. The wait staff and management are fantastic and even got a visit from the owners. It felt like VIP treatment and if I lived closer I think I would be a regular. The food is amazing and prices are reasonable. Go to this restaurant, you will not be disappointed.

Ordered through Skip. Was supposed to be big wing dinner, separate order of wings and side sweet potato fries. Received the dinner with wrong flavour and the sweet potato fries only. So I’m out a pound of wings. Wasn’t driver’s fault. Got a refund for just wings, would’ve preferred the wings.

I invited a friend for lunch to get together and catch up. We met at the Turtle Jack's in Waterdown. We both decided on getting the chicken fingers tossed in BBQ sauce with sweet potato fries. It comes with some delicious dipping sauce and side a coleslaw. The portion is a good size and I was full. The service is great and the staff are friendly. This is a great restaurant chain and I have enjoyed their chicken wings on a separate visit. I would recommend having lunch or dinner here. Great for a night out or celebrating a birthday day.
Parking: The restaurant is located in a plaza across from a drug store so there is plenty of parking in the area.

Very impressed with this restaurant! We came with a group of 8 to sit on the patio on a busy Saturday. It started raining and the manager quickly got us a table inside. Food was great and the service was fantastic. Thank you to our server Claire who went above and beyond. Great place for kids too!

Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu and the kids loved picking something from the toy box. Love how they brought the kids a veggie appetizer!

We visited yesterday and my 13 year old son decided to eat a red Thai chili pepper. Surprisingly ?it wasn’t as eat as he thought. The staff were amazing, brought him bread and milk etc. The food and especially the new burger bowl was delicious. We will be returning.
