Intensely angered at the fact that this place gave me and my family the WORST food poisoning we have ever experienced in our lives. Whoever is in that kitchen needs to be investigated. Right before the holidays is the worst, too. Haven’t been able to eat, I have cold chills and body aches, and have been throwing up all day…
Don’t know if anyone else experienced this but considering half of my family is having issues and we ALL ordered food here makes me think that whoever’s in BOH doesn’t know what food safety is.

We first celebrated my husband's birthday 2 years ago at Turtle Jack's in Waterdown, where Montreal Canadiens player Josh Anderson's family runs the restaurant. Our first experience was so incredible that a year later for his milestone birthday, my husband chose it again without hesitation. With guests arriving from out of the country, we arranged a surprise, and once again, Turtle Jack's exceeded expectations.
The food is superb, featuring their famous roasted potato dish, delicious 5 star burgers, and the best fish and chips I've ever had. Even my sister, who rarely enjoys pub food, was so impressed she wanted to return during her visit. Seeing her enjoy her meal was a delight!
The Anderson family ensures everything is perfect, adding a personal touch to the 5-star quality food served in a fun, casual atmosphere. It's OBVIOUS this is a family that takes pride in what they do and even more pride in making sure their patrons have a fabulous experience while visiting there. We truly love this place so much, we cannot gush enough about it. Also for its consistent excellence—every visit has been a delight. You can choose this Turtle Jack's in Waterdown with all the confidence in the world. Honestly, we've experienced fine dining over the years that can't compare to the level of scrumptiousness the Anderson Family serves up. This review would not be complete unless I mention how much we loved soaking in the upbeat vibe buzzing throughout this establishment !

Our favourite waitress Melissa is the best. Remembers our drinks and sometimes what our food order was even when we have not in been in for several weeks.
