Very cozy and sweet vibe in this location. As soon as we walked in, we got a booth and noticed the view of the fireplace with a dining room full of happy groups of people. Our server Joe welcomed us with great charisma and jokes. We all ordered, and while it was busy, we did not wait long, and Joe took amazing care of us with full drinks and checking in and cracking jokes. Overall, very wonderful experience at this location. Highly recommend the Waterdown Jack's!

Highly recommend going to this location. I have been twice now and both times have stayed to watch the Montreal Canadiens game. I feel so welcome to stay and watch the game, never rushed. The wait staff and management are fantastic and even got a visit from the owners. It felt like VIP treatment and if I lived closer I think I would be a regular. The food is amazing and prices are reasonable. Go to this restaurant, you will not be disappointed.

Had the best lunch here today! Always have great food while here but I have to say Joe is just an incredible server. So funny, witty, and attentive. 20/10 on service and enjoyed every minute!
