Me and my friend came in between classes. Our order did not come out until approximately 40 minutes later. Before that our server Catherine came up asking us to repeat our order because she likes to remember what people order(at that time we already ordered and had been waiting for approximately 10 minutes). We ordered a grilled cheese and a burger. We assume she had forgotten to ring it in and it wouldn't be an issue if she had been honest. She was sweet, but 40 minute wait time is not something we looked forward to. In addition to that, my friend got her order with tomato while she explicitely ask for no tomato. It wouldn't have been an issue if we didn't have to wait for 40 minutes or more.

Bang for your buck if you have time between classes! Highly recommend the much deals, they really are worth it. Sweet potato fries are great. The burger is also really good, with a variety of fresh toppings, including caramelized onions!
Order was screwed up at first taking more time to order. Also service was friendly but they don't really attentatively check on you. To be honest I thought the burgers could've tasted a lot better...
The pastas are really good and the sweet potato fries as well. The caramel apple mocktail was good but they didn’t have apples when I ordered it so that was sad. The bruschetta was yummy but the flatbread(?) part was weirdly stale. Also the water glasses are usually kind of dirty so we try to ask for straws. Good seating though and the staff are always nice. Sad that they’re not open on weekends!
Simon was a great server! Loved his dance moves!
Got the tofu burrito bowl for lunch. Portion and taste was MUCH better last year. Shame because you're paying a fatty $15 price point. Jeez Louise. Server was useless; brudda said they'd get a class of water but never came back. I will say though that the decor is pre nice and the cashier was kind as well. If you've got the meal card maybe I'd consider eating here, otherwise stay away.
The food is delicious and looks great presentation-wise (mostly; the whipped cream on my chocolava cake melted before it even got to the table)! During the day time, it has a nice restaurant/ cafe feel and people can be seen studying in the booths. The only two issues for me are that the service is really slow and the bill can only be split by what each person orders, so if you won't be able to share food and split the bill exactly in half. They accept meal plan cards for off-campus students and FLEx money.

Food is mediocre, service is great.
Came here all throughout my student years and the food is surprisingly good for pub food (try the chicken fingers)

I may be biased because I work here but absolute home away from home. Most of our food is prepared and house. A glass of rose is under $10 and a bottle of beer is five dollars and some change. The people here are amazing and they will bend over backwards to ensure you have a wonderful dining experience. Come visit we are open for dine in now.
Please don’t be like me and assume the McMaster meal plan works here. It doesn’t. You’re not getting your moneys worth with the food. If you’re like super rich and lazy then this is a good option. But only for their cheese tortellini or burger
They have just the 1280 to go menu here. I had the chicken fingers and it was pretty good. The place was closed the first two times I tried to visit though, I'm not sure why.
amazing spinach dip!!
Always a good place to eat with friends during break
