We have ordered from here over many years.

Today we bought two XL pizzas. Both pizzas were tasteless and the dough seemed to need salt. I called to give them feedback of tonight’s pizza, starting with, “We have eaten the pizza but wanted to share that we did not enjoy it”. As with many places, customer service will usually apologize and be thankful for the feedback. We called without requesting anything in return. However, the lady was rude and not receptive about my feedback and said to me several times that they have not had any complaints about their pizza today and it was just me who felt this way.

I buy this pizza on occasion as it is near my parent’s house. Well, you have lost a customer Twice the a Deal on Stonechurch and Redmond Dr. You have lost a customer because of your rudeness and awful customer service, not because the pizza was tasteless tonight.

Pizza was good but panzerottis were not that great and hardly had any cheese in them.
Extremely upset with delivery time which was just over an hour from placing order. That's not acceptable.

Solid price and deals for solid pizza. Good crust, friendly service and great value. Have been ordering for 8 years.

I was recently left disappointed by Twice the Deal. I ordered two three-topping pizzas but received pizzas with only one topping each. When I reached out to the staff for a resolution or replacement, they acknowledge their computer only displayed one topping for the three topping pizzas. So why wouldn't they reach out to clarify? The staff refused to make it right. It seems like their customer service has significantly declined. As a loyal customer, this experience has me considering other pizza joints.
