Made a reservation on OpenTable, even changed it when we were gonna be late. Got to the restaurant and not open. Frustrating. Had checked website and everything no indication that it was closed.

Our table was clean and ready when we arrived. The hostess/server was both quick and brought our drinks in a timely manner. The food was quite good except for my 1/4 chicken it was overly dry, fries were good and everyones salad and sides were good. Something must have broken with your HVAC; because it was very warm at our table. Overall the experience was good and we shall come again at a future date.

Excellent fried chicken. Good flavours, the chicken was juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside. I did find it to be a bit on the oily side, as you can see in the picture. While the chicken was 5/5, the fries were 3.5/5.It’s not a place you’d come to if you’re looking for something super cheap but I do think it’s reasonably priced for the quality of the food and the atmosphere.Will need to try a chicken sandwich next time.I was in a bit of a hurry and the waitress who served me did a great job accommodating. Good service by her!

They give enough food to fill your belly. It was so good and worth it, I'd come back here again especially for the cornbread. It was to die for and ther service was great as well. Food was freshly served and made well, just good food all around, definitely will be back.

The menu only offered chicken thighs which to me is not a good choice of chicken and will not choose to eat it, so unfortunately we were disappointed that we didn't have any other options when trying to order any of the sandwiches plus also items oddly contain pork which we don't eat either. We would go back if white meat on sandwiches would be an option!

Union chicken is always delicious and they have great daily/weekly specials. Loved the Toronto location and Hamilton is just as great! Really nice ambiance, fast service and yummy fried chicken. Would recommend.

We celebrated Cinco di mayo enjoying Margherita's, chips and dip, waffle and fried chicken a d bbq cauliflower. So delicious and nice portions. I think this place will succeed as more people hear about it. Definitely will be returning with friends. Thank you for the great food, service and drinks

Great spot for lunch! Clean well appointed and modern for downtown Hamilton. Service was exceptional! Ask for Julia, very friendly and down to earth. She made us feel welcome and stopped by often to ensure we had all we needed to enjoy our lunch. The food tasted great and was well-priced. The washrooms were very clean and well looked after. I would say the only thing you would need to consider to go here is the parking, I would say Uber or walk.

Food was excellent. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've honestly ever had. I didn't have any of the appetizers, but my friends said that they really enjoyed them. The servers came by while we were waiting for our food and gave us some complimentary snacks that were very good as well. I would definitely go back again.
My wife and I stopped by for lunch on a Tuesday and had the Chicken Platter special. I really enjoyed the fried chicken. It was very crispy. I also liked the chicken wings. They had subtle flavour but were very tasty. The cornbread with honey butter made for a delicious side.The service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant atmosphere and decor was also quite nice. I hope to go back someday soon.

Had Dine inn experience for the first time in this restaurant, environment was good, spacious table with creative menu was awesome. My wife liked the chicken I ordered for her. Service could be better than this but still that’s fine for us. Highly recommended for everyone!

This place is great! The atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly - Thanks Haley. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The food is excellent (Chef Shaun), great tasting roasted chicken (stop going to that other chicken place), pricing and portion size is incredible, it’s 100% worth it!
