However, we were asking our server for a plain side carb (rice or potatoes) without oil because of a dietary restriction, and after talking to the chef, the manager came over to our table and said “hey guys so I just wanted to go over your order, i hear you’re trying to create your own menu” which was extremely rude. Then when we asked if they could just boil the potatoes they have, she said no that’s not possible we would have to take out a pot put it on the stove and boil it, and we just don’t have time for that” this was about an hour before they were closing and at the beginning of our reservation. I’m sorry but I don’t think it would take too much time to boil water on a gas stove, to help someone out with their dietary restrictions. Super disappointing that they allow the manager to speak to customers that way. Not sure I would recommend.

Came here for my mother-in-laws birthday. Such a quaint and cozy restaurant. Server Hannah was fantastic, attentive without being intrusive, food was savoury and flavourful. Would definitely go back. For appetizers, had the wild boar dumplings and the crispy chilli squid. Mains was the scallop and pancetta risotto and the earl grey and fennel duck. Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla bean ice cream was tje perfect ending.
My reservation was taken by what looked to be a mare high paying customer and I was told I needed to reschedule or to wait another hour. The chef, Chris was extremely rude and the food really wasn’t all that great after having to wait for so long.
I REALLY, wanted to love this place because it’s so aesthetically appealing but I think the owner and the employees need a lot of work before this place can actually have honest reviews.

the food itself was so mediocre. my family ordered different dishes and each one was nothing special. if you order steak or salmon, trust that the greens or whatever side component will make up 70% of the meal. two people in my party ordered steak, including myself, and we both ordered it medium rare but as you can see from the images, one is cooked medium. the portions we received were also tiny. i cannot fathom how this restaurant has such a high rating; it’s one of those spots that sells itself based on the vibe rather than the food.

This is one of the better restaurants Ive ever had the pleasure of experiencing in my travels. While on business, I was more expecting to eat some bar food in downtown Hamilton but stumbled across this masterpiece of a restaurant randomly.
My co-workers and I still talk about it.

We were going through Hamilton on our way back home and wanted to find a spot for dinner. We found Undefined online and trued calling to make a reservation but couldn't get through but luckily we were able to make an instant reservation through open table. We were instantly greeted when we arrived and sat at our table. The restaurant ambiance was great, very cool and modern. We ordered drinks and an app along with our mains. I was set on getting the Dan Dan noodles but was told they were sold out. It was only 5pm so I questioned the waitress on how they could be sold out already and she explained they ran out the day prior which is why they had none. I decided on the salmon and my husband selected the risotto. Each item was presented beautifully and I loved the small twists on each dish. You could taste the freshness in each bite. Service was attentive and friendly from start to finish. Rating 4 stars only because they did not have all the items on the menu available but we would definitely recommend and will be back to hopefully try the noodles.
Went here last night and it was amazing. Ordered appetizers, dinner, and dessert, and it was all so tasty and exceptional. There was no food leftover because we ate it all up! The service was also very attentive and top-tier. They pick up finished plates quickly, are on top of drink orders, etc. Nice vibe and would definitely return!
We opted for a selection of starters as our main meal, and it did not disappoint. The Bore dumplings were packed with flavour, and the tartare was equally impressive—both dishes left us wanting more but we were stuffed. Kennedy, our server, was exceptional! She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and spot-on with her recommendations. The cocktails were the highlight of our lunch, beautifully crafted and full of unique flavours. A fantastic experience from start to finish! The brownie and pumpkin creme brûlée were fantastic. I’ll be returning! Thank you ;)

The food takes a bit of time to prepare but it was worth the wait!! We had the Carmel apple french toast with the chicken n biscuit and everything was just amazing. Can’t wait to try something else next time❤️
