Wass is the best Ethiopian restaurant. Yoni is the best . We came all the way from California to try their lamp tibs and dulet kitfo and it was the best. Definitely I will came back.

Been coming here regularly for at least 10 years, no matter where I've lived in Ontario. The only time I've ever left disappointed was today - when I learned that they do a regular Thursday buffet I never knew about! 😅

I live in Toronto. This is the only Ethiopian food I’ll eat — as the restaurant is in Hamilton, I hope that means a lot. No shade to the Ethiopian places in Toronto but Waas is the best Ethiopian I’ve had. Get the vegetarian combo! SO GOOD! Very filling. I always split it with another person and it’s always the perfect amount of food.
Also the owners are lovely!

Just had Wass Special here at Wass Ethiopian Restaurant, and it was just great service and very delicious food. Would recommend to anyone who wants to try habeshas food, this is the place.

Great place. I haven't tried Ethiopian before and it was amazing. We got the #24 combo which came with 2 lamb with veggie combo. It has so many different flavours and slices. The Ingera bread was like nothing I've tried before
The Lamb Alicha was my favourite.

The food was fantastic! Everything was so delicious. They have a buffet option, which was nice to be able to have a variety of dishes on your plate. Waitress was lovely! Super friendly and accommodating.

Amazing Ethiopian. We got the veg plate and shared it between two of us. The injera was 10/10 and all the veg dishes were very tasty. Would recommend to anyone looking for a yummy healthy meal out.
