Update business hours to reflect not being open. Like typical city operation poorly run. Both ac machines running with windows open while closed. Hours not accurate. Ice cream is good and reasonable priced though when they are open and lots of selection

This place is a joke. The ice cream might be fine, but the atmosphere completely ruins it. The entire staff seems to be made up of white girls who do nothing but stand around giving rude, judgmental looks at anyone who isn’t like them. As a non-white customer, I felt like I was being stared at like some kind of animal instead of a paying customer. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and downright offensive.
I don’t know why management thinks it’s okay to only hire one type of person, but it creates an unwelcoming and toxic vibe. I have no interest in giving my money to a place that treats people this way. There are plenty of other ice cream shops where customers are actually respected, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I LOVED it, I loved the ice cream , my toddler behaved that was exciting. Prices weren’t bad at all much cheaper than DQ. However the only issue I had was when a handicap , wheelchair bound, illiterate & special needs adult came in with a wheelchair and only had $5 the staff wouldn’t find a way to help him, it was hot out he just wanted some ice cream he had enough for a kiddie & they could’ve taken the five and put it in and not giving them chain at the very least, I know it’s cashless, but when somebody obviously will not be able to use a pin pad because of their intellectual disability, it becomes a major issue because the person could wheel themselves and the person could give and say I want five dollars on ice cream, but it was very sad when he couldn’t. I did help the person they did get ice cream. The staff seem kind of shocked. They asked me are you sure twice I felt that was fine. My Son felt that was an adult 30 and special needs himself when I told him he felt that was trying to dissuade me.. either way in the future, I hope that the staff can be trained on how to help somebody with a disability to be able to walk or roll away with a positive experience like everybody else unless they have a support person they can’t be helped by your staff and that’s not cool. That’s not very inclusive. I’m still giving you guys five stars because my service was great but I’m writing this here to ask you to please figure something out even if they write no change given must have exact change & no change given. Would be enough to solve. It would be good for kids to have money and live in all those buildings over there. If they came down I think in cash would probably be a positive thing for you guys again.

Love love love Shaw's ice cream here. Don't love that the AC is broken and the inside of the store is a sweat box. Been three times recently...those poor servers! Fix the air conditioner. It's one of the hottest summers dude. I've taken two groups from a special care facility. Both times I left them outside while I sweated inside placing all the orders. Everyone loved their ice cream. I, myself, ordered Monster. It's blue and has chunks of Oreo and cookie dough. I loved it. Supposed to be bringing another group Thursday...hope it's less sweaty. 🥵

Disappointing Customer Service
We visited this place with my mother, looking forward to trying the ice cream, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and were constantly on their phones. When I politely asked one of the girls if she could recommend a flavor similar to vanilla, she responded quite rudely, simply saying they didn’t have it, without making any effort to offer an alternative.
Throughout our visit, we felt rushed and unwelcome, as if they just wanted us to hurry up and leave. It was not a pleasant atmosphere, and we left feeling uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back.

Ample parking – No stress hunting for a spot, even on busy weekend afternoons.
Plenty of seating – Plenty of picnic tables, benches, and shaded areas make it a great place to relax and enjoy your treat.
Accessible for all – Smooth pathways, wide seating areas, and accessible entrances mean everyone can join in.
Ideal for summer – With gentle breezes off the lake and scenic views, it’s a lovely place to cool down with a scoop of something delicious.

I wait for them to open tbh. Love the blueberry cheesecake ice cream. I wish they were open round the calender. The quantity as per the price is worth every penny. The staff is poliet and the place is amazing.
Favourite place to come. Staff are really nice it has a vintage vibe. I really like it the food and ice cream is delicious especially the cheese cake ice cream, i recommend it😋
