We frequent Scoops for the delicious ice cream and amazing prices. Great deal for scooped ice cream and what other ice cream place in town has a beautiful waterfront vista to enjoy while you indulge? We've always found the staff to be courteous and very patient when our children take a long time choosing their flavours. Family favourites are the Key Lime and the Blueberry Cheesecake. We happily keep coming back for more.

Ice cream was excellent and so much value for the price. The staff is friendly and courteous. Ate my ice cream outside so the stark interior didn’t take away anything from the experience. I recommend Waterfront

Ice cream is great just poor operation. Line up out the door 1 on cash 2 scooping extremely slowly. The line was from the door to the cash took about 40 mins to get ice cream.

Common sense would dictate you don't have one lineup to pay and one line for icecream... Nothing displayed for this, so you stand in the wrong line only then to realize that you have to go to the back of the other line now... Not smart business practice.
Manager, Ryan C, has no clue how to run an ice cream shop, he is all over the map - stick to accounting.The employees sit on the counter, and are as clueless as the manager. None of them have any food handling experience. If you wanted non dairy ice cream? Same scoops and water bath for all the types. Hope you brought your lactose pillsWas sold a hotdog that I wouldn’t even give my dog. The hotdog was grey, I realized after a bite and tossed it. Ice cream is thawed and frozen when they leave the freezers open.There’s many locations to grab Shawn’s ice cream and if I were you I would go to any of them but this one.Avoid like the plague, unless you like food born illnesses.

Omg. They have nothing. No sundaes. No waffle cones. Only 4 flavours. And still 6.00 for a cone. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Run away save your money
