My roommates and I live quite close to this Wendy’s location and go there fairly often because of the convenience. Unfortunately, our experiences have consistently been terrible, and these are not isolated incidents. Every single time we walk in, we are immediately hit with an overwhelming wave of gross, stuffy heat that makes the entire place feel uncomfortable and unsanitary.
On top of that, the service is consistently awful. We are left standing around for long periods of time with little to no acknowledgement from staff, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. When we finally are served, the workers are dismissive, and act as though we are inconveniencing them by simply ordering food. There is no sense of professionalism or basic customer service.
Waiting so long in an uncomfortably hot and gross environment only to be met with terrible attitude is extremely frustrating. Because this has happened multiple times, we can confidently say this is a pattern and not a one-time issue. It's unfortunate to see such a popular spot for students giving complete disregard and poor service to all customers and especially students like us in the area.

I am usually a fan of Wendy's. Here I had my worst experience so far in one of their places. They gave me my order incomplete, when I informed them, they said that they were going to fix it, they didn't, 30 min later I just left, it was not worth the wait. Super awful service. So, my advice, check your order before eating it.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The attendant was rude and did not listen carefully to my order, which led to me receiving the wrong items. When I pointed this out, they refused to provide the correct order. Additionally, the fries were stale, and the beverage had no syrup, making it undrinkable. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the quality of service and food.
