Was out with my friend to get some takeout from the drive thru came around 7pm no cars infront of us and behind felt we were rushed by the drive thru cashier Was gonna pay in cash but she couldn't wait twice I get it your doing ur job but lady there's no car behind us she needs to be patient when it comes to money handling besides little did she knew the passenger was pregnant of course the person is gonna take time to grab her wallet. All im saying never rushed an order -.- she never gave me my receipt.. food was perfectly made overall the service itself was terrible.

Doesn’t show modifications when you order via Uber eats on your order. I thought I accidentally forget to request those causing me to cancel the order and waste almost $20 turns out I had checked the modifications

What ever you do don't order from here by Uber eats, the driver tells them by looking at the bags there stuff missing. I call talk to the manager when the only thing they got right was the drinks, she tells me that the Uber driver picked up the wrong bag even tho my initials where on the 2 bags I got. There's no quality control when ordering through Uber. They do not care if the order is wrong they got there money that's it. But they have no problem point fingers at the driver. All they say to me is contact Uber. When all they had to do was have a second set of eyes look at the order and see that 6 burgers, a salad is not chicken fingers and a drink.

It’s self explanatory when you go there. No offence but the staff can barely understand English and mess up my order almost every time. I love Wendy’s but am tired of fighting with the staff just to get a correct order. Even ordering a Coke Zero and not regular coke is just something they are not capable of handling and they wonder why people getfrustrated with them.

Im disappointed by the service..The nuggets and chicken tastes bad with the old oil that is being used.I am a regular customer to wendys in other locations so i know how good they serve.Management please try to change your oil on the required days !!The taste is terrible.

I was in the drive thru and in the 2 seconds that I was turned away putting my debit card back I was snapped at and yelled at to take my drink. No patience and didn't even get my order right. Customer service training should be mandatory. Not the first time this has happened either.
