I go to Wendy’s to get a baconator, and only a baconator. The last few times I ordered it, I get home only to find 2 half pieces of bacon, when t’s supposed to come with 6. So I give it another try tonight- this time I’m checking the burger before I leave. And yet again, there is this skimpy amount of bacon. They aren’t even half pieces, more like 1/3 of a slice. I knock on the window, and get told “that is a whole piece of bacon” They eventually gave me some bacon in a side container “free of charge”, ummm ya hi, I paid for 6 slices, so you’re just giving me what I paid for.
Definitely won’t be back.

Ordered a baconator combo with large fries and iced tea and my wife ordered her meal. When we got home my order was missing the baconator. I drove 15 minutes back to get my burger and they argued that i never ordered the baconator and wanted me to pay for it because “it wasnt their fault”… I went to mcdonalds instead. Horrible customer service…

Wendy’s there is a lot to say about your restaurant first off u guys are really rude number 2 the drinks all water down and disgusting sometimes the food 2 last time I went there there was a bug in my food and hair… u guys need to do better
We called yesterday to see if they could do a spicy Chicken before 10:30. We were told that they could we would just have to wait, I went in and then the girl in the front was really rude about it and told me that they can’t until. 10:30. So I went there for nothing, the manager at the store when we called was very rude. It was a waste of time. And they lied yesterday not honest. at all, they only said what we wanted to hear. And the fact that the manager didn’t seem to understand English. Didn’t help anything, go to the one on Rymal instead of this one. Very disappointing experience.

I went into Wendy's at 1:30 this Sunday afternoon. There was 1 person eating in the restaurant and 2 people ahead of me in the order line. After waiting 10:00 minutes in line I was served. I went to get my drink from the self serve machine. It was not working. I went to the other machine. I pushed lemonade - unavailable I pushed sugar free lemonade - unavailable I pushed root beer - unavailable I pushed ginger ale - it worked!
Four tries before I got my 4th choice to drink!
I went to get a lid for my glass. The employee had put the lids the wrong way in the chute. Therefore I got no lid.
Not a good day. They seemed to be short on employees to serve and maintain functionality of equipment.
I hope the next visit is better.

We just drove through and got a baconator, the sandwich was cold and without any bacon. Both employees didn’t say anything when they handed us the sandwich. I can’t understand if I want a baconator, why should I get a beef burger without bacon and without any explanation.
