The fact that the lobby closes at 10 pm on a Thursday really doesn’t make sense. Like I’m having a mental breakdown and just want to have some cheese fries and cry. But no now I have to go thru the drive thru and make other people wait because I want to order half the menu. This establishment needs more flexibility considering it’s on the busiest part of upper James.

Would not visit this location again! We came at 3 pm. The staff didn't smile at all, but we're not rude. The drink machines had only one choice, but they didn't inform us of this. There were no condiments in the dining room. The sauce for our nuggets was missing despite ordering it. The burger was dry, and the fries were almost cold, and we're half cold. This is not the quality I know we typically get at Wendy's.

It was the best place in the city, but everything is so rushed things are barely cooked enough and it's ALWAYS disgusting filthy when I have to go...very disappointing with the lack of cleanliness.
So I needed to stop in again today Saturday May 26 2025 and hoping things may have changed but clearly not. It's same old same old... and I didn't get have of my order at all going through drive through, and pop had ice which I asked not to be put in...even though today was a rush day for me hence having to eat out, yes I should have checked the bag before I left drive through...I WILL NOT!!! go back, even though I'm usually very easy to please. It's gone way down hill.

Cobb salad came with no egg and very sparse chicken, although extra chicken can be purchased for about 3$, which probably would have brought the amount up to normal. No more salad purchases for me here.

The food is decent and served fast, though quality varies depending on location. I’ve had a few orders come out cold or missing items, but staff are usually polite and willing to fix mistakes.

I ordered Cesar salad with no bacon but it was only spring mix no asiago cheese no Romain lettuce. I paid extra for the salad dressing but they didn't provide any salad dressing. I was supposed to get 2 salad dressings. The salad was completely wasteful. My order was to skip the dish during dinner time. I phoned the store and no one picked up the phone. Also the burgers were awful. The onion ring was bigger than the buns not proper accuracy
