Do not go this place on the weekend. Absolute incompetence. Kept getting our orders wrong and they laughed at us when we complained. Wendy's was great 30 years ago, but not now.

Terrible customer service. I ordered cheeseburger and small fries and its says 4$ and added rewards of small frostyccino but ended up like paying everything. And she did not even tried to check it. Worst Wendys location.

This location by far is the worst not even worth a star including the manager that was working on November 13, 2025. I went there between 5:45pm requested a kids meal with poutine and drink as my daughter wanted to try poutine. The cashier working drive tru then advise myself no i cannot do that. I then ask her can I order separately a poutine with drink and nuggets she then continue to say no. I then advised her I will be leaving this location as this is terrible and is confuse why i cannot order. I went to the location available on 623 queenston road that listen to what I was requesting and even advised myself I could do a 6piece meal then upsize to a poutine, my girls were very happy with the poutine order. I will never go to this location. Furthermore when I call and explain to management working she sided with her coworker thinking this is professional and acceptable. She then advised that is one of their branch location. I advised her to take customer service notes from them. Please avoid this location I would rather drive 10minutes more to get good services.

I came in to place an order but I wanted to use the bathroom. The door was locked. I asked for a key and the angry lady scolded at me and told me I had to order first. Who wants to order when ou need to go to the bathroom? I offered a deposit and they wouldn't take it. At this point another pissed off worker was chiming in so I just left. Thankfully I didn't eat anything, I can only imagine how bad that would have been
Love this place I always go to this location cause customer service is awesome and restaurant is always clean and the food tastes awesome and always fresh i highly recommended this location :)
