It’s your typical standard Wendy so obviously you know what you’re getting, it’s a franchise. Well the one thing I can say their customer service is absolutely terrible, i went through drive through placed an order and stupidly trusted that they packed my order correctly - I drive home now and of course items are missing, so I can the store let them know and the lady starts arguing with me telling me she packed the bag she knows what she put in there and then admitted that she did forget one part of our order. We drive back now which first of all an inconvenience secondly it’s more annoying because of her attitude and then when we get there we’re expressing our dissatisfaction and the lady closes the drive through window on us. They never even offered us something to makeup for the inconvenience let alone offered an apology

I had visited this location recently and had such an incredible experience. A young man i believe his name was Nolan took care of me and was so pleasant. It’s hard to find good customer service especially within fast food so it was an amazing experience based off the young handsome gentleman. Food was also 10/10.

It's not the location but the quality of croutons for Caesar salad. Looks like they've been stepped on. They're not croutons but smashed bread crumbs. For the price, should have intact croutons

I would say it's a Wendy's so you know what to expect except that this one is better than all the other Wendy's locations in Hamilton. The food tastes like the standard Wendy's but what sets this location apart is they are not out of menu items like the other locations and the staff is friendly.

This location was alright, but the experience depends on who is preparing the food. We stopped by for a poutine, and while it wasn’t terrible, it also wasn’t great. The quality seemed to vary depending on the staff member. For example, the customer in front of us got a poutine that looked amazing—the person preparing it put an entire pack of cheese curds on it. However, when it came to ours, a different staff member only used about half the amount of cheese curds, which left it lacking. Small inconsistencies like this can make a difference, but I’m hopeful they can improve with more attention to quality.
