Ordered triple triple coffee, but there was no sugar. I asked lady that there is no sugar may be you guys forgot. She said there is sugar you just have to stir it. I stirred my coffee, but still there was no sugar. I throw the coffee right at there in garbage bin.
Not coming back here again.

As m diabetic went there to use washroom employee said its for our customers n you have to buy something ...ridiculous people .. do u have something for diabetic people to buy n allow them to use washroom....?if someone dies are they reasponsible..

Gotta spend at least$5 to take a piss since nothing is under that. They lock up the doors and refuse to let anyone go. Even if you work on the road they won’t let you in to piss.

I had no issue with buying lunch here after I use the washroom to pee or wash my hands, but are you actually kidding me?? Treating us like thieves for wanting to take a leak. Ridiculous.

Subway next door doesn’t treat you like a criminal. Gladly bought my lunch from there. At least the food is fresh too.

It’s your typical standard Wendy so obviously you know what you’re getting, it’s a franchise. Well the one thing I can say their customer service is absolutely terrible, i went through drive through placed an order and stupidly trusted that they packed my order correctly - I drive home now and of course items are missing, so I can the store let them know and the lady starts arguing with me telling me she packed the bag she knows what she put in there and then admitted that she did forget one part of our order. We drive back now which first of all an inconvenience secondly it’s more annoying because of her attitude and then when we get there we’re expressing our dissatisfaction and the lady closes the drive through window on us. They never even offered us something to makeup for the inconvenience let alone offered an apology

I had visited this location recently and had such an incredible experience. A young man i believe his name was Nolan took care of me and was so pleasant. It’s hard to find good customer service especially within fast food so it was an amazing experience based off the young handsome gentleman. Food was also 10/10.
