Every single time I come to this Wendy’s, they say that their reward scanner is broken. It’s not like I’m sending a little bit of money. I have a very big family it’s every single time I come here as well as the nighttime staff is always miserable

I enjoy the original crispy chicken sandwich however, at this location, staff are to cook 2 crispy chicken if they get an order for one. I have had the second prepared sandwich when I order 15 minutes after the first customer. The chicken is dry and cold. I even walked in and said I want a fresh one and don't mind the wait which they said would be 10 minutes. The cashier told the cooks "She wants a fresh sandwich, like piping hot" I sat at a table for my 10 minute wait for a fresh hot sandwich and in 5 minutes a sandwich was brought out and the bun was cold and the chicken was still not freshly cooked! This happened at drive through before and I parked, walked in and asked for fresh, which they did the same thing, so I demanded a fresh hot one. After 30 minutes of hassles, I finally got a hot sandwich. I will not oder from here again!

Unbelievable experience. By far the worst customer service I have ever seen . 1240am I go to this location and the so called manager was the worst human I have ever met . Started from the drive thru speaker, she did not let me finish talking while ordering my food and then when I show up to the window it only got worse with her not understanding what I was trying to say even though I was speaking perfect English. Then she ended up insulting me because of my culture and how I looked and ended up not giving me my order . Literally disgusting and worst customer service I have ever seen

Placed an order at 1:56 drive through. Did receive my order until 2:10. Was told while i was waiting they were training people... the drive through was backed up, my fries were cold and half full. Waiting for a #2 combo for that long is absolutely ridiculous.
Management needs to learn how to manage. Take the newbies off the grill and get caught up..then get them back in training... not hard!!!

If I could give zero stars I would!! Huge lineup and ppl waiting for at least 25min. And then wrong order!! So had to go back up to front !

The girl with the crown tattoo on her neck was so disrespectful I made order throw the drive throw speaker and when I pulled up to the window I asked if I can pay the first meal separate she immediately rolled her eyes at me and said you can’t do that you should have said that when I took your order and I said I’m sorry I will do that next time but the way she closed the window on my face and gave me that look was not nice at all if you can’t deal with people, just don’t work with the customer service very disappointed

i was here last night around 11 ish maybe 10 and me and my bf ordered the krabby party meals with two junior frostys, when we looked on the screen it only showed one and we told the lady that we had asked for two and she said very rudely “yeah i’ll add it pull up” it was with lots of attitude lol then we pull up to the window and we’re only giving one so the guy at the window made us one then he told the girl and she said again with a lot of attitude “they told me they didn’t want it anymore so i removed it” and we never said that lol , also heard from someone that she’s the RM and she shouldn’t be acting like that towards customers it’s very unprofessional. will not go to that wendy’s again if she’s gonna act like that

Seriously when it become so bad? Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and after one bite was turned off......chicken was dry lettuce was like eating paper.

Get it together also my fries were hardly cooked......

Didn't listen to directions at all.

Love me some portobello mushroom melt, shame it's a limited time thing.

Went back today and tried the krabby patty collaboration burger. It was pretty tasty. It had pickles and a tangy sauce. Delicious.
