What happened to this location! Im postive they are microwaveing the chicken for the salads. That is the only way the coukd achive the disgusting texture its dehydrated and hard and rhe lettuce was brown twice now. Steer clear of this location. So gross.

I was there early on a Saturday morning I was the only one in the dining room it was nice to enjoy my breakfast in peace and watch the wall mounted TV

Margaret was repeatedly told to serve us at the front but declined and continued to fill the cup lids. Another employee had to serve us after waiting a long time for Margaret to finish her lid refill as she thought that was more important than customer service.
After our order was made - asked to used the bathroom as I’ve been in the hospital for 8 hours and had to go so bad. she replied with no. Walked away.
When she came back I asked if they were out of service .. she said no she has to unlock them.
I asked if she could unlock it for me. She said I will have to wait until she serves the man behind me. The man said it’s okay open the bathroom first. She scoffed. Then walked over to open them.
She was nothing but rude the entire time.

I had a very bad experience at the Wendy’s located at 623 Queenston Road in Hamilton. The supervisor on duty — whose photo I have attached — was extremely rude to my children when they went through the drive-thru to order a Frosty. My kids were excited and spoke a little loudly over the speaker, and instead of showing patience or professionalism, she bluntly stated she was not going to serve them.
Her tone was rude, stern, and completely unnecessary. It reached a point where my 10-year-old had to say, “We’re just kids.” I found it shocking to learn that this individual was the supervisor, because her behavior was disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for someone in a customer service position.
When I confronted her about her conduct, she took no responsibility and continued to blame my children instead of acknowledging her own behavior. It was despicable and unprofessional.
If you can avoid this Wendy’s location, I highly recommend doing so. Horrible experience, horrible attitude — and if this is how the supervisor behaves, I can only imagine what the rest of the staff are expected to follow.

placed a mobile order and wanted to try the new baconater fries, had gotten home and they were not in the bag. this is not the first time i’ve had fries missing from a meal from this location. for almost six dollars im very disappointed.

If you say you're open for breakfast till 10:30, you can't turn people away at 10:20 because you don't feel like making any more food. Even other times when we've been there, the service is rude, surly and completely lax. Your order can be done, half is on your tray, the rest is just sitting there at the end of the prep line, but no one will give it to you. The grumpy lady gets mad at you if you ask for the rest of your food, just sitting there going cold. The younger dinner crew are better and less bitter about their lot in life.
