Normally not one to complain as I work in food service but the interaction was weird. Handled a little poorly from my opinion as undercooked chicken is a major health and safety issue.

Originally we ordered three burger combos, a nugget combo and a six pack on the side. Some of the nuggets seemed soft so my partner asked to replace them. The woman told us to keep them which was nice and that we’d get a new pack. (My son loved this idea) when we got the new 6pcs my partner bit into one to cool it off for my 10m old. I’m glad he did as the chicken wasn’t cooked. I showed the girl who replaced them and she looked at the two nuggets I was holding and then went to the hot holders and cut open a nugget from there and repeated back to me that the nuggets in the tray where cooked. But maybe the fry basket was too full and the top of the nuggets wasn’t cooked. (Which is exactly what I had suggested) she walked away for a second to make it seem like she was inquiring about someone else handling the matter and when she got back alone I had questioned about a manger and she claimed she was the manger.

First time the nuggets didn’t seem fully cooked, second time they very clearly weren’t. Mistakes happen, but to be careless with chicken twice in the same meal is crazy. I am also questioning if my 6y old ate some raw chicken..

I was refunded for my 6pcs but still 🤮🤮🤮

The employees at this Wendy’s are terrible and extremely judgmental. All the Indian employees are always staring and laughing at all the customers, it’s a very judgmental environment. They’ll stare at you while you’re ordering and even when ur waiting for ur food, even the employees working at the back be peeking over like ???. They also make comments in their own language (which as someone who is brown as well and can understand the language, makes me so uncomfortable). Can’t even dine in coz all they do is stare and make comments like damnnn MIND UR BUSINESS. Someone gotta tell all these brown employees to FIX THEIR STARING PROBLEM

Clean spacious area with friendly staff. Every time that ive come the food is prepared within 1-5minutes and is for the most part pretty good, you can also get a free drink if you are a senior and a free sandwich with the purchase of one for filling out a survey. Quality Service that doesn’t cut corners? Its interesting that the sign with the motto is missing letters as if they cut corners while putting it up xD

I was a regular purchaser of their apple pecan salad. I was absolutely disgusted with the quality of salad I picked up today. About 2/3 of the chicken was hard and I mean rock solid hard. Couldn’t even spear it with a fork. Tried to call the manager. Voice box is full. I wonder why! If I could give a zero reference I would. You’ve just lost a regular customer. You’ve just lost a long time customer who visited you on a weekly basis.

We order a Dave Triple Number 3 Combo and the Drive thru cashier was very polite and very calm when speaking to the customers and the food is very great and tasty during afternoon day. I recommend that someone go buy from this place if you have a family day or workday for a quick lunch.

The new raspberry frosty is the'bomb'! I love raspberry ripple ice cream and this is soooo similar it's awesome!

Decided to give this place another try. Junior cheeseburger deluxe bun came out ice cold. How hard is it to do a basic burger???
