I’ve been to West End Diner many times over the years, and it’s always a reliable spot when you want good comfort food in a friendly, local setting. The portions are generous, prices are fair, and the staff is consistently warm and attentive.
Breakfast is definitely their strong point, but the lunch and dinner options have always hit the spot too.
Overall, a great little place if you’re craving classic diner food with good service. I’ll definitely come back.

We had a perfect breakfast with amazing service from Deb 💯. Her wonderful smile, upbeat attitude and incredibly friendly service was greatly appreciated and a wonderful way to start our day. We loved that there were different homefry options a d everything was cooked perfectly. A real hometown diner feel. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back in our travels.

What a gem of a diner. Clean, hot fresh food, great service and good value. Went two days in a row while working in the area and both times were equally good. Food was prepared fresh with quality ingredients and arrived hot. Glad we went, can’t wait to go back when I’m in the area again.

Always the best service and always the best portions of food. Huge portions freshly made great waitresses which are beautiful and kind. Love this place and never want to see it. Close his doors because it's truly one of the kind. You won't find one like that in the Hamilton Ontario, Canada area. The owners are one of a million. You don't find too many great owners in the city that have beautiful staff that give you the time of day

I’m worried for people who dislike this place. Maybe they weren’t treated well as a young person and they want to take their revenge out on people who are good. Man idk.... meatball sandwich is what you should order here while you ponder your own hurts in life and refuse to hurt others because of them.

If you want an old fashioned dinner, this is the place to go!
Have driven by a number of times and finally stopped in for a late breakfast. Well such a treat! One of the best Western Omelettes I've ever had. Who mades four egg omelettes? The West End Diner does! And the homefries were the best as well. Plus you have an option for them too. Regular or fried. I chose the regular and they were delicious. Toast/jam were served with my breakfast and plenty of coffee. Waited a little longer than most restaurants but didn't mind becase the food was so tasty. They were busy and can understand why when the food tastes this good. And they had a number of cooks in the kitchen. Believe I counted a total of five. Lastly the servers were amazing too. Very friendly. Will definitely stop in again.
