Cute little corner pub with a regular crowd. Had an early dinner and it was quite tasty. The Caesar salad was particularly good.

We came in as a group of four yesterday (August 16) and ordered a white sangria, cosmo, 3 Speed, and diet coke, along with nachos, mac & cheese bites, and a burger. The server didn’t write anything down, which already made us a bit uneasy.
About 5 minutes later, the diet coke and beer came out. Another 5 minutes passed before the cosmo arrived, and only then were we told they didn’t have white wine for the sangria. My friend switched to red, which still took another 5 minutes to arrive.
Food was staggered as well — nachos and bites first, then the burger about 10 minutes later. I had ordered extra mayo, which never came. The burger itself was dry, flavorless, and lukewarm — I couldn’t eat more than a single bite. The fries were dark brown and tasted like old fryer oil, completely unappetizing. The server never checked on the food, so I didn’t feel comfortable saying anything in the moment.
Later, my friend ordered a gin lemonade, which took another 10 minutes to arrive, and this was with the restaurant not being busy.
The one positive of the night was the security guard — super kind, welcoming, and had good vibes at the door. Unfortunately, the service and food did not live up to that standard. Overall, it was a slow, disorganized, and disappointing experience.

Bree is the worst bartender I've faced in 25 years. She definitely has some sort of Superiority complex or something going on. Baz, ben , pat are beyond great. Bree needs to go to a course on customer service or needs to get fired. This is not acceptable from a well-paying customer.

This place was VERY disappointing.We stood for 5 min waiting for the bartender to turn around to greet us. The bartender was more interested in flirting with the kitchen and socializing. There was a table that needed to be cleared and clean since we first walked in. The fries were dry, not fresh. No bacon, cheese was clumpy and the beer was not cold at all. I’ve been here before and this was a total disappointment and I’ll think twice about choosing this place.

My brother and I attended this lovely establishment on July 16. We chose to sit on the patio. To be fair the inside could use an upgrade. We were immediately greeted by our server Maddy, who was incredibly attentive, pleasant, and helpful. She is an asset to the business! It was our lucky day as the Chef had smoked brisket in house. My brother is a chef, he was intrigued by the daily special, Smoked Brisket Sandwich with cheddar cheese, onion rings and a white BBQ sauce with a side of tasty fries. Our original plan was to chose another option. We were sold. Instead of the special, I asked Maddy if the Chef would mind topping my fries with brisket. They were most accommodating! We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. West End Pub is a little gem! Thank you folks for contributing to our delightful experience. Looking forward to returning!

Went at 10pm, the place was desperate to close, really unexperienced staff and extremely underwhelming menu.
If you sit with a large group of people , they try to give you the tip on top and sneak it in, I know this is Dundas and you want to take the retire money from the old lady and the goats but this isn’t a way to treat people.
My little dog Rashnu took home the receipt from this pub and chewed it up and gave me the look to never “step foot in here again “ noise he always makes when he is upset with my choices of dining.
Anyways, hope to get the cookie cutter response copy and paste google type out so my Rashnu can chew that up after I print it out.
