My wife and I chose West Town to celebrate Valentine’s Day this year, which also happens to be our wedding anniversary. It is a very special and meaningful day for us, and I carefully selected this restaurant because of the positive experiences I have had in the past and the excellent reviews I had heard regarding the staff and overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, our evening turned out to be extremely disappointing due to the level of service we received. From the beginning of our meal, our server, Cheyanne, displayed an attitude that felt dismissive and unwelcoming. She was inattentive throughout the night, often leaving us waiting for extended periods without checking in, refilling drinks, or ensuring that everything was satisfactory. What was most upsetting, however, was the tone and demeanor she directed toward my wife. The interactions felt snarky and unnecessarily rude, which made us both uncomfortable during what was meant to be a romantic and joyful celebration. Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest nights of the year for restaurants, and we understand that it can be stressful for staff. However, professionalism and courtesy should remain consistent regardless of how busy the evening may be. A simple smile, attentiveness, and respectful communication would have made a significant difference in our experience. In addition, my wife and I witnessed Cheyanne making mocking and inappropriate remarks about her coworkers within earshot of guests. Hearing staff speak negatively about one another while on the floor creates an unprofessional atmosphere and takes away from the dining experience. It left us feeling disappointed not only in the service we personally received, but in the overall environment of the restaurant that evening. What makes this situation more unfortunate is that we have previously had positive visits to West Town. That history is the reason we chose to spend such an important night there. Because of that, this experience felt especially disheartening. We had hoped to leave with fond memories of celebrating our anniversary, but instead we left feeling frustrated and let down. I believe this situation would benefit from management’s attention. Customer service plays a significant role in shaping a guest’s experience, particularly on holidays and special occasions. A refresher in professionalism and guest interaction may be necessary to ensure that future customers do not feel the same disappointment that we did. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken constructively. West Town has the potential to provide excellent dining experiences, and I would like to believe this was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the restaurant as a whole.

Such a great brunch spot! Had popped in after a 10k hike, needed to get brunch and found this GEM of a location. Also a Pub, a great selection for brunch and a beautiful patio for the summer (wish we had visited previously). New to the area but going back for sure! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for an amazing brunch for a great price 😎

Great patio decent beers on tap. A cocktail menu of the staff can't execute but will pretend to and serve you a mimosa with white wine. Edit: If the server had informed us that sparkling is sold by the bottle, we would have purchased the bottle or she would have ordered something else but instead she just tried to pass off the wrong drink? That's a little ridiculous. Went from a 3 to a 2 star.
