Service wasn’t great. Girl wasn’t super friendly to begin with and then when I sat down to eat my ice cream, she told me I couldn’t sit there because they “close in 20 minutes.” Keep in mind this was 750pm and they close at 9.
How long does it take someone to eat ice cream.

Had a medium cone of chocolate and chocolate with pretzel. Ice cream was very good. Staff were professional, friendly, and explained the making of fresh ice cream. The store was very clean. Strongly recommend !!!!

Every time I've been to Willard's the staff have been super friendly and welcoming as they serve absolutely delicious ice cream and sorbets. Unique flavours that rotate almost daily it seems. You'll never get bored visiting this local shop that is doing great things for the community.

Hands down my favorite ice cream shop in Hamilton. Love the rotating unique HOMEMADE ice creams flavors. And half of them are always vegan!!! Oh and they are completely nut free. The owners really put a lot of thought and care into the business and it shows ♥️ Even if I don't plan on visiting, I still check their IG story every day to see what flavors are up and pick two flavors for my imaginary ice cream cup

Stopped by for a treat and tried the Christie’s Arrow Cookie flavour — absolutely delicious! The ice cream was creamy, full of flavour, and packed with big chunks of cookie. Portions were generous for the price, so it felt like great value. Staff were friendly and the place had a nice, welcoming vibe. Definitely worth the visit, and I’ll be coming back to try more flavours!
First time using Willard's for a vanilla ice cream birthday cake. Great value for amazing quality, I'm not usually an ice cream cake fan but they knocked it out of the park. The 8 inch cake served 6 people with slices left over. I appreciate how quick their emails were when I first placed the order. Looking forward to coming back to try their other ice cream flavours.
