Average food and overpriced
I just tried their Dutch brownie for the first time and it's taste was rich, soft and chocolatey that melts in in your mouth, I highly recommend you try the Dutch brownie to go with your latte or hot beverage! Not to mention their service and friendly staff that works hard and is always busy, so please be patient around busy times.

I used to love going here but recently the service and food has been disappointing. I’ve gotten dirty looks from the staff and they aren’t friendly as before. I also waited more than 15 minutes for my food just for it to be served cold.

This cafe is pretty decent, but I give it a 1-star rating because they continuously make mistakes. I am not sure what's happening in the kitchen, but they always mess up orders. I worked for a restaurant before, so I know mistakes can happen, but this is my fourth time receiving an incorrect order from them out of the past five orders (they were only able to successfully complete 1!). This is not acceptable.
My first few orders were via Uber Eats, so I was a bit more patient because at least Uber refunded the missing items/mistakes, plus I get that Uber orders may not be taken as seriously. So I decided to just drive to the cafe and order in-person instead, and they still couldn't get it right. I just ordered two drinks and a bacon, egg, avocado and spinach sandwich. I drove home to eat, and the sandwich had no egg! How do you miss the main ingredient in the sandwich?! Are the kitchen staff sleeping?
After this, I will no longer be eating from this place. Do better in training your staff or hire people who can do the job correctly.

Food was bland and burnt, service was incredibly slow (15 minutes for a coffee because they forgot to make it after I paid) and staff was rude. This used to be a favourite spot, not sure what has happened.

Don't sit in your car to long before you go in . I was going through menu online in my truck before I went in being first time .
Super aggressive parking lot security knocking on window twice in 4 mins very rude and demanding after I told her I was searching menu before I entered the Cafe . Then she comes again with city parking enforcement. Unfortunately, how aggressive and rude this person was there was no way around a verbal confrontation as I walked into Cafe .
Yes I get it with hospital people -students parking and leaving without using businesses on property but need training bad on approaching people in there vehicles not everyone is parking illegally . This parking lot Pat definitely affects and causes problems for your patrons coming in to Cafe to spend money

My wife and I ordered a egg & cheese bagel & a Blt with avocado. My Blt was half the size of my hand, 2 tiny pieces of avocado on one side, microwaved bacon for sure and one slice of tomatoes on one side. All lettuce and mayo for $10.50 complete rip off and zero flavour. Don't waste your time or money.

I used to work as a supervisor for William's Fresh Cafe from 2022-2024. I took a leave for Co-op (program mandated) and was promised a position would be mine to return to when I came back after my 2-month term. However, when I returned new management and ownership had taken over, and they were accommodating at the beginning by re-interviewing me and suggesting they would hire me back on as a supervisor for the coming school term. However, things seemed to take a turn for the worse when they implemented unrealistic changes making the work environment much harder to work in. When the staff suggested improvements, they would blatantly ignore them - by stating that they knew better because they had been trained at the head office in Burlington. Following these complaints, many of the old reliable staff that I was very close friends with were either fired or quit - and the management informed me I would not have my job back. I inquired about a reason, which they could not provide me, simply stating that I was "never re-hired." I am very disappointed with how the new management is treating the team and our old regular customers (who have since stopped coming around). Although the food is still tasty - and I would recommend the Chicken Pesto Sandwich, I would stay away from the Butter Chicken dish that the new owners have recently tried to implement.

Had a great experience at Williams Fresh Cafe! The coffee was fantastic, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We enjoyed the cozy vibe, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s a great spot to relax, chat, and enjoy some quality coffee. Highly recommend this place!
