I come here often in hopes of change but each time I come here there's always at least one ingredient missing from the dish I order. No communication from the kitchen to other staff as well, so you just get your order and are left questioning why they even let you order it.
Some staff are friendly, some are just rude though and slam your coffee on the table, causing it to spill 🙃
Tables are not monitored in a reasonable time, dirty dishes are often left for a while after people leave, and the table is never wiped, so there's a plethora of fingerprints on the tables.

Should not be so expensive for such disappointing and half assed service. Paisley cafe is not that far, and I can get similar dishes for much more quality service at the same price.

I couldn't even begin to tell you how much I dislike this place. It would be a waste of my and your time.

This was the first time I've been to this Williams cafe and it will be the last.
For a large café and chain, the place has 2 coffee burners. Weird. They are close to a large hospital and Uni, so I would have thought it would be better equipped.
The machine to make just about every type of yummy coffee/tea was not working when I went, so no cappuccino, no chai, no fogs. Regular coffee and bagged tea only. I ordered a small coffee with a pump of brown sugar toffee and almond milk. This cost me $4.50. The coffee was terrible. Think coffee from a 1930's diner during the war (coffee rationing). The pump of brown sugar toffee was non-existent.
If it was a sit down order and not a coffee on the way to work, I would have asked for something more flavourful... like water.

I came here to write a piece of fiction, and it turned into a very productive session thanks to the music and the customers’ cheerful but low-volume chatter that never felt distracting. It’s the kind of place you can come to alone to think, write, and let your mind wander. The staff are polite, and the coffee is decent. All more than enough for me.

Everything about this place needs work. If I could give zero stars, I happily would.

Upon arriving, the establishment had just opened, I grabbed a seat and waited for the line to dwindle... as I walk to the counter, the young woman working, did not say one word to me, she just stood at the computer waiting for me to order.... OK... I proceeded to order a tea, and the Classic Breakfast.

The young woman brought the breakfast over to me, and basically dropped it on the table, and then walked away....again without saying anything? I thought whatever, maybe she's having a bad day. I definitely did not want to ask for salt and pepper, given the inconvenience it would be for her.

The food here is horrible, everything on my plate except for the bread tasted like it was cooked a day or two ago, the home fries are hard and dry... the bacon tastes like it was cooked in the microwave, and the eggs don't event taste like real egg? Plus, the tea I ordered was made with lukewarm water.

The atmosphere is OK ... no music or background noise playing, so you can hear everyone's conversation.

I was planning to spend the afternoon here, as I don't live in the area, and my car is in the shop.. but considering I've spent $22 (including a tip) on a horrible breakfast and experience, that won't be happening.

I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, and I definitely will never be back.
What a disappointment.

Found it crazy that it took 30+ minutes to get a soup, salad and potato wedges. Will not be returning.

Walked in at 9:25 before my shift starts across the street at 10:00am. I only order a single breakfast wrap. It is not 10:01 and I still haven’t gotten my wrap. And the kicker, people who have ordered food infront of me are happily eating their food. 35 minutes for a breakfast place is quite fankly ridiculous. Please have some more respect for your customers time.
