every time i go into the shop, im always served by THE sweetest girl! the blonde girl named Jennah, she’s got the best attitude and costumer service skills i’ve seen, always got a smile on her face and willing to help out when needed! definitely keeps me coming back :)

I love the Williams in Burlington but this one is terrible. It has a small and filthy parking lot full of garbage. The inside temperature is terribly hot. It's packed with students and no place to sit. Staff are chatting with friends. The gear on the counter is dirty and the doors are so dirty I don't want to touch them. Food is mediocre. Beware.

Wow the food quality has really gone down. I ordered a chicken rice bowl and half of the rice was clumped together and hard. Used to love coming here, but be returning after this experience.

Very good first experience here! The girl who took my order had black hair and glasses, I think she said her name was Kate, and her service was exceptional! She was incredibly sweet, confident, and all around positive. She made a great recommendation and the food was very good. I will absolutely be returning!

My experience at Williams has always been good, but this particular visit stood out thanks to Esther and Sahar. These two made my time at this location especially wonderful. Both were helpful with their food and drink recommendations and served my meal quickly and efficiently. Esther even took the time to seat me at a table she thought I’d be most comfortable at and checked in on me regularly. Overall, these two made my experience at Williams one I won’t forget!

I love coming to Williams to study, or just grab coffee before heading to the library. The coffee and food are great, but the service is what makes me such a loyal customer. Sahar, in particular, is so bubbly and friendly and being served by her always makes my day. Can't wait to go back!

Oh my goodness, that Jaiden….phew! What can I even say about this one. Her service was spectacular. Her energy unmatched. Made me feel so welcomed when I dined in. Would return just for her!

I had a fantastic time at Williams Cafe, I was served by Sahar, she was very patient with my many dietary restrictions and gave some great suggestions. I didn’t feel judged by her at all (which I often do by servers at other restaurants). I had a bagel and latte which were perfect. Sahar’s kindness made my day! Will be back!
