Appalled at Wingporium’s customer service, or lack thereof. We called and made a direct order for pick up last week (2/8/2025). The girl on the phone repeated our order back twice to confirm.

My husband asked when he arrived if it was everything we’d ordered, and they confirmed. When he got home, they got our wing order wrong. Disappointing, it happens, that’s all fine, but we were hopeful for a resolution (even just an apology, or an offer to remake our order).

We called the restaurant back and spoke with the same girl - telling her about the incorrect order. She said there was nothing she could do but that she’d have the manager give me a call the next day. I gave her my email address too for extra measure. She assured me he would absolutely be getting in touch.

It’s now been a week and no one from Wingporium has contacted me. I tried finding an email address where I could reach them, and there was nothing found online. I tried calling, no answer. I tried sending them a DM on Instagram, and they have not responded.

While we’ve enjoyed the food in the past, our unpleasant experience is reason enough to go elsewhere for wings in Hamilton, and to leave this review so that people know they will not be taken care of at Wingporium.

My wings were very dry, nearly no sauce on them at all and my "rib" had almost no meat on it. For the price, they charge for that bullshit rib and wing meal, I expected a good meal but instead I was quite disappointed. I doubt I'll go back. Waitress/bartender didn't even check on us to see if we needed anything or to see if our meal was ok. 90% of the time, we couldn't get her attention because she's to busy talking to the young loud idiots at the bar. This meal my husband made was 1000× better and there was so much meat on those ribs. Do better and maybe you guys wouldn't have an empty dining room all the time.

We ordered 3 lbs of wings and wow! There was barely any jalepeno on our rancher wings. They were not sauced well at all either.
I'm not mad tho, just disappointed.

Why are ribs available on every other delivery app but not on uber eats?..

Completely horrible do not ever order from this place by delivery. The wings were barely even sauced when we asked for sauced the wrap we asked for just chicken and pita they put everything on it . They literally spent more time putting extra vegetables on it when it was just plain chicken and pita . Clearly did not read any instructions . the french fries were crunchy sounding like chips when we tried them completely way over cooked.. like they didn’t even give a crap last time I ll ever order from there . $87 well wasted

Great wings 88 flavors to choose from. The lunch specials are great!

The wings and service are both fantastic. They have so many flavors of sauces to choose from and Jade made sure that we had everything we needed.

Naked wings are fantastic, well cooked, crispy, and juicy. Even better, you have up to 88 sauces to try them with. That's the real deal. Outstanding service provided by Jade, she was kind, professional, and very efficient. A real asset for this place.

Amazing wings spot!!! The wings are a good size, and they have many flavours (88)!! I recommend getting naked wings and asdinf the flavours you want on the side. Service is amazing!! Shot out to Jade for being very attentive during a busy time.

Service was great! Jade was our waitress and she did amazing! Wings were delicious! when you come make sure to get your dips on the side so you can try as many as you like for only a dollar each! Lots of Tv's for sports and we had live music playing which was awesome! Definitely coming back again :

The best way here is to order crispy wings and tons of sauces on the side. Each sauce is $1. Been there many times and it works all the time. Great server

Not sure what’s going on in the kitchen but every time we order wings, when it isn’t busy (no one else eating), they come out over 30 minutes later, cold and soggy.
Sauce is cold, wings are room temperature inside. Every same flavour of wings comes with a different amount of sauce from the last time. Either none or drowned in a pool, in varying degrees of too spicy or too mild.
No consistency.
Fries also cold with no salt.

Would like to know how this is the standard.
I won’t be ordering food anymore, just curious. What is going on with the cold wings?
