WingsUp! Hamilton - Upper Wellington

We went to Wings Up to try out the wings and we tried the mild and honey garlic with potato wedges as a side. The employees were friendly and professional and the store clean and modern but the wings were mediocre. The wings themselves looked great but the sauces were lacking. The Honey garlic sauce was unbalanced leaning heavy to garlic with a bland overtone and the barbecue was too vinegary. If this place twerked their sauces for these flavors they would up their game✌️

Not worth ordering on uber.
Order the buy one get one free. 0.5 pound was 19.99 which made 1 pound of wings 19.99. The point is they advertise it on uber as a deal however that is approx regular price on the menu. Our fault for not reading fine print but there are many other wing place offer a full pound of wing with buy one get one free for the same price. Kinda shietty advertising on the app. The wings were also not the worst but not the best.

Unsure how this is a $20.99 value? Disappointed.

Update: owner rectified by giving 2LB of wings on the house. Much appreciated. They were delicious!

I prefer the rymal location, this wing up was still good but it's missing that extra zip rymal has, just slightly less juicy and crisp when I visited.

I went by and got a smiley sandwich. They put so much sauce on it that I made an insane mess and had to live my life as a man with tons of sauce on him. The coleslaw was midgrade and dry. The bun was so soaked in sauce that I had to throw it away

Food was cold, had to reheat everything when it arrived, wedges went really soggy. They wouldn’t even offer any sort of compensation or refund. Will never go back to this garbage

I get wings up every Wednesday and it’s ALWAYS delicious. Who cares if the sauce is under stuff, the food is amazing and the dudes are always nice.

Raising the price of a half pound wing meal $5 is nasty work. Yall ain't good enough for those type of increases.

Placed order on uber 2 days in a row, 1st day came great! 2nd day, not so much… 1st day placed with delivery, second day placed with pick up. My partner and I picked up our order that we placed through uber, got back in the car, looked through the bag, and only the wing boxes to fine no sauces that we ordered (blue cheese & ranch) I went back, after questioning if I was sure that I checked inside the box, he whilstly replaced them.. once I got home and further checked the bag I can see why he asked.. they were underneath the saucy wings??? Pardon? That’s just poor packaging, gross. No wonder I didn’t see them. Secondly, my jalapeño poppers the first night came correctly with sour cream, the second night, marinara sauce??

I ordered a large chicken tenders with wedges. It was bland and just ok.
For the large the portions seemed small.
