My experience at this place was terrible due to employee “Cassandra's” behavior, and may be the managers name is Trent should address how their staff interacts with people.

We recently hosted a retirement event in the private room for approximately 50 people. The venue is spacious and comfortable. We pre ordered nachos, pizza and wings from the à la carte menu. Everything was delicious! Trent was quick to repond to emails and gave us excellent advice regarding the quantity of food to order. All of the staff were very efficient and helpful. We were allowed to bring in our own decorations and sweets, which allowed us to personalize the celebration. Our guests had a fantastic time. We will use this venue again in the future. Would highly recommend!

We love Squire's on Fennell. The food is always fantastic and the atmosphere is welcoming. The fish and chips are the best around. The manager is a super nice guy who always makes sure you are enjoying your visit! Highly recommended!

Its always loud in the restaurant no matter what time I have gone to eat but we always have a great time with great service and amazing food. Service is fast and most definitely friendly we always have the same waitress she has been there for years so that has to tell you something she does a great job and works for good people!

Came for dinner food is good the portions are decent the price is a lil high for pub food in my opinion the place is clean the have a patio and plenty of parking in the parking lot

Kristine was awesome! Very hospitable, attentive and even let us pre order food for dine in, since we were running late after kitchen was closing. Tried to originally go to toma la in hannon but their kitchen closed half hour earlier. Eek! Food was fantastic and definitely recommend the French onion soup and chicken curry dish!! :) thanks!!!

I’ve loved coming here for years but the quality of food and service has really been below average the last few times I’ve been. Dinner orders have been wrong and no presentation like they do at other Squires locations -just food tossed on a plate, so it’s obvious they are just pumping out food, and are not interested in enhancing the dining “experience”. Most recent visit was for breakfast, which they used to nail, but our food was a mix of overcooked and undercooked. Servers are friendly, but hard to find lately.

This is our neighborhood hang out and usually our first pick, been going for literally decades here! Went last night for our usual Yorkie bowls my husband and friend tried the steak pie for a change and also ordered a burger, everything came in a timely manner, everything looked great, problem was the meat had been burnt while preparing the batch as this meat was the same used for both the bowl and the steak pie, my husband is a chef so he noticed as soon as he smelt it! No sense saying anything right away as their would be no more as it’s cooked in a batch, wasn’t until we ate half we noticed now how salty it was enough to make my tongue pucker! However we are use to eating here and didn’t want to cause a fuss but when the waitress asked us how it was and we were honest to her we were disappointed that no mention of sorry for this was expressed! Didn’t expect a free meal but maybe a discount or an offer of free dessert or at the very leas an apology! Being in the hospitality business my husband would expect better! We will probably come back one day not anytime too soon maybe never to eat but definitely will try the squires on Upper James to hope for better!
Went to see live music on Friday night. Paul Mallard was great. Excellent venue for live music. Restaurant is exceptionally clean. Service also outstanding. Will definitely return.

I hosted a celebration of life in the party room. The food was exceptional and abundant. Our server was attentive and very gracious. She took very good care of everyone. My guests were extremely impressed with everything and I heard nothing but compliments. I am so grateful for the wonderful service and food that Trent and his staff provided.
