This location has went down hill with the new people running the store.Expired reduced food from 3 months ago,trying to make people sick and get rid of the reduced food.Refuse to purchase anything in that store anymore.The store use to be filled with a lot of fresh food before,it’s now revolting with Jessie and Vanessa running the store.Very disappointed with this location

Pay attention to the dates on the products. They leave things out past there best before dates and when something is said they get annoyed with you. Tried to be nice so no one gets sick and then get treated like that, unbelievable. Lost a customer.

these guy are very slow to update their website with their flyer its been 3 days so far and no update and i am not driving out there to see what they have on sale. they are almost as bad as that butcher shop that went out of business on Rymal rd

Wow. I was super shocked to see how great the prices were here. Much cheaper than the large chains. Makes me wonder why a small independent store can beat Walmart and Superstore by 30% or more. Red peppers at Walmart $4.47 lb, Zarky's $2.99. Freshly sliced Black Forest deli ham at Zarky's $1.99/100 g at Metro $2.59/100 g. Superstore was charging $8.99 for 175 g of packaged BF ham. Shop here folks. Friendly service, great prices and local!
Tried calling 30 mins before they closed and of course the don't answer the phone. I have to travel a distance from out of town and wanted to know if they carried 5lb trays of meat catteloni. I wasn't going to rush the distance for nothing.

It certainly is always, with great honour, to support a speciality local business'. The hamster location is nothing short of an overwhelmingly positive experience, every time. From the courteous staff collecting and stocking clean and accessible shopping carts and baskets at the entrance, to the aroma of fresh local and imported exotic produce, and the vision of colour as you enter the door only to be produced with the scent of warm baked bread visible with an industrial kitchen and the sea of geometrically displed tables of store made 'sweet treats' to one direction. There is always a new 'something' certainly worthy of trying at least once, the value of most items, locally sourced, or imported with a true appreciation to qualify and detail in a sense of origin information. Shopping for anything home grocery related and in a value:quality ratio that easily translates to both professionally consistent, affordable, always delicious, and a very comprehensive representation of global sourcing for import quality. I'll let the hot lunch, take away, counter and deli speak for themselves. A quick premade or custom hot/cold sandwich and hot/cold drink shouldn't cost more than $$. Any meal I have had, pre made by the wonderful staff at this location, or the pleasure of the enthusiastic front of house staff, only to come home and create my own sense of culinary expression, it is truly always a treat!

I love these folks, and they carry my favorite sauce, Hamilton's Everythang Sauce. This sauce won the International Flavor Awards, and it works toward bringing help to people on the street to get well and be able to work.
