It was my very first time trying arabic sweets, I find that it is less sweet compared to turkish sweets. Miriam gave us samples to try so we had a wonderful mix of our favourite picks. Definitely this is a bakery i would come back to. Thank you Miriam
The food at Znood Al Hamdani Restaurant is good overall. I especially liked the muhammara and cheese manakesh; the flavors are nice. However, I have a few suggestions for improvement.
The manakesh are quite oily—especially the muhammara, cheese, and zaatar—so reducing the amount of oil would really improve the taste. For the zaatar manakesh, the amount of zaatar is a bit too much; a lighter spread would be better. Also, the bread for the zaatar manakesh is thicker...
