“Kudos to the Manager on duty on July 13th. I ordered from Uber Eats and there was an error with my order. The Uber Eats menu had the wrong description for the item I ordered and therefore I received something I wasn’t expecting. I called the restaurant and the Manager took the time to figure out what happened and offered to replace my meal even though it was not an error on their end. This is excellent customer service. The food was great regardless of the change. Thank you Hampton Bar and Grill 🙏🏻”

“Exellent breakfast, great people, great prices!!! My wife and I have become regulars. Only one dissapointing moment so far. A Regional Manager was there for inspection one day when they were short staffed, and she seemed harsh on the employees for not working faster when they were doing their best. What bothered me most was the poor optics of an outside Manager being critical in front of customers while just standing there and not helping the staff who obviously care about their customers.”

“I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience here. Every dish has been delicious and the service was great. I do appreciate that it caters to a wide range of tastes. I like curries and rotis, while my friends often prefer wings or pasta. Country Perks gives us plenty of options.”

My Lady and I took a Sunday drive from Etobicoke to Uxbridge and then here for some tasty chips!

The drive was wonderful as we took all the country routes to get here.

The service was outstanding and the chips were absolutely delicious!

Proper chips that were hefty and cooked to crispy perfection in clean oil!

Met several regulars who praised this business and highly recommend their layered poutine as well.

If you're out that way, or just want to enjoy a great country drive to this destination, I highly recommend this great business!”

All staff around us went beyond reasonable expectations, demonstrating so much patience and making efforts to accommodate some irregular requests.
