Normally I don't feel a need to go out of my way to praise a fast food joint, but I got a half-chicken dinner and a poutine on Wednesday at 2pm and they were absolutely perfect. Perfectly cooked, perfectly crispy. Bar none, best experience I've ever had with a Swiss Chalet or Harvey's. Was super impressed, good job guys. ?
I really dislike giving reviews that aren't positive, but I'm finding it more and more challenging to bring my business here. My last 3 orders have been incorrect, and orders before that have been hit or miss. With the price of the meals now, it's extremely frustrating to arrive home and find something missing.

Going thru drivethru, ordered 2 quater chicken dinners. Drove home with the takeout boxes neatly packed in a bag. Open up for a delicious meal to find both my 1/4 chicken dinners had gravy!!!, No sinature Chalet sauce or warning they ran out. I have been going to Swiss Chalet for over 25 years & this place since it opened . Such a disappointing dinner not having what I love dipping my fries & chicken in.
