Shortness of staff constant issue. Cream and sugar increasingly inaccurate. Should have one counter for coffee with/ without donuts. The other q for food orders...as it's supposed to be a place to get coffee!!! Who knew. The food menu keeps going up to what point....with minus that plus that...less of this. Why??Coffee when you get it at Ontsrio street location is not hot!! So avoid that location as much as possible.Card board cups are too thin and sleeves are useles and a hazard...read full review
I just wanted to shout out to the lady who served me this afternoon on Monday Oct 23. She was super kind. I have very little money and have a young child who I raise on my own. I believe the lady I had today was a manager judging by her different shirt under the sweater. She’s tall and dark hair.
