They don't sell fountain mountain dew (it's the only pop I drink) and would not refund my money when I asked. The animation on the pop machine shows mountain dew and any other subway I've been to has had fountain mountain dew. I feel that when someone pays for something that they don't get, they should be able to get a refund.,

I ordered online and was told pick up was at 5:20. Got there at exactly 5:20, brought it home and the bread was as hard as a rock. Called and asked if they microwaved my sub… yes, yes they did. I asked why? Was told they bake their “fresh” bread in the morning and that’s why they nuke it later in the day🤦🏻♀️… so I called to complain and they were kind enough to offer a replacement sub but I’m 1/2 hr away and if they’re serving up stale sub buns???? It’s not worth the gas or time buddy.

I absolutely love this Subway. I go there very often now. The Staff is amazing and so helpful. I just went there again tonight Nissa is exceptional with her customer service skills. 10*'s for her. I'm now trying new subs with her help!! She is a gem for sure & a great asset to this franchise. Thank you
