“My own mother worked for this company not at this location. She worked long , hard hours for over 20 years to raise youngest brother on her own with minimum wage and tips. Her employer would switch shifts literally at last minute and threaten if she didn't accept she would be fired!!!This went on well over 20 years of working for a tyrannical employer that could not care less about employees and treated employees like cattle instead of human beings. ANY COMPANY OR CORPORATION THAT CONDONES THIS DOES NOT DESERVE ANY PRAISE ON ANY LEVEL.A truly disgusting company in my experience and knowledge of their business practices. I will never support COUNTRY STYLE nor will family, friends and co-workers!!!”

“I'm not usually fan of chip truck fries because they're usually soft and/or soggy. But Sugar Shack fries are always crispy and taste great. They also have amazing Poutine. You gotta try the Roast Beef one! A-mazing! There are lots of picnic tables for sitting at. I just wish they had some chairs for sitting in, as picnic tables aren't always the most comfortable.”

“Just got takeout at Jeannine's for the first time. I got myself the hungry man's breakfast. For my wife I got a crispy chicken wrap. Everything was delicious! I highly recommend stopping in when you're in Warkworth! Note that it is CASH only! Definitely worth it though.”

“We noticed this place online, on our way to Ottawa as we wanted to eat something fast and stopped here on a sunny week day. Empty place and car park, just off Trans Canadian as the server welcomed us very friendly:
- we sat at the window, overlooking the small river passing outside and our food was brought rather fast, as we have requested it. I noticed the floors were not that clean, perhaps this place would need more staff similar to our waitress who was very professional
- quiet place, only disturbed later by a father with his young son chatting away at the entrance
I guess this is a clear case of people making a place, and the food, unlike other such places on the other side of the continent for example eager to blame the customers for everything after they take your money.”
