This place is great for nostalgia, having been here for years. It's a staple in the community. But, on my last visit I found it to be dark, with no eat in option, and tired. This restaurant has long past it's heyday unfortunately. The food is good, but compared with Canadian Chinese in other communities, it is average. Tasty, but limited choices. Ordered takeout for the first time. I got sesame chicken and pork lo mein noodles. It was pretty good, and there's not too many much options in Havelock. I have to say, portions are large. With these two items you could feed 3-4 people. The chicken is made very well, it's quite tender and not heavily breaded.. Sauce comes on the side so you can mix it yourself.Would definitely order here again.

Good food, generous portions! No dine - in options, don’t think you would want to as it’s dark and outdated inside. Looks clean though. Only open a few hours and not every day. I recommend as long as the owner is cooking the food .
