I have been coming here for years while fishing in the area. The food is ok, just not as fresh as I would like. The bathrooms are usually pretty clean. Their staff was usually polite and pleasant to speak with even when management changed. After coming here for many years ordering the same items, one particular evening just recently, i ordered One large coffee with milk. I was told they only offer cream not milk. Every other time I've ordered, the milk was an open small bottle of milk with a note on it (for customers) sitting in the fridge beside the creamers. They said no they do not offer milk and told me to buy it if I want it. It's a $4 bottle of milk for one coffee. First question, does coffee/tea not come with options? Wow! It's not the point of the cost, it's the point of offering what you advertise and not treating your customers like this. They also charge $0.05 per paper bag they use. What is happening? Subway your disappointing ?

Typical subway, expensive, meat sitting out in the open air and never can be sure about freshness. Buns are fresh. Get your nickle ready if you want them to bag up a few subs... yes, free toppings, but a nickle for a paper bag *sheesh* save some time and money and make your own at home I say :)

Their Cheesesteak sub is amazing.The only problem is that literally zero restaurants in Hastings deliver food. If they did deliver then they would be in one of the very few untapped markets around here.

Food is made to order and fairly made portions and condiments. No problem there. But I always get someone who seems to hate their job when I’m being served. I don’t like feeling like I am annoying customer to the person to the person making my sandwich. We are not an annoyance to you, we are you customers :) would much rather go to master submarine in Campbellford. then here any day of the week.

This is the best Subway I have ever been to. My mobile order was ready on time (it never has been ready when I got there at other Subways), the staff were nice, and it was the best Subway sub I have ever had. 10/10 will stop by again.
Absolutely horrible I asked if the Buns were fresh they lied to me said yes the subs were actually soggy inside save your money don't go to this location the only reason it got one star it wouldn't let me post without picking something

Food was great but the service wasn't, the lady behind the counter didn't know what I was asking for even after pointing it out on the menu and then didn't know how to make it. Good sandwich once made but took a long time to get there.
